      Over the past two months, paid Frank's servicenter 2,017.74$ to fix ac in car, after about 7 times they tried to fix it, it still is not working and every time they have come up with something, I feel like it is almost getting to become a scam, and I want all my money back. I have contacted them about getting full refund, they did not agree at all. and they have broken their promise in one of the repairs, and did not let me in the know. the leak in the system has gotten worse, because second repair it was able to hold 3 weeks and now it is only 2 days it can blow cold ac and then all ac ***** would leak out. I have asked for refund at difference points in time over past two months and they refuse to do it. Just because they worked on it, does not mean I have to pay for they failed service, let alone all this time I am being cooperative and giving them time and taking cars back and forth, I should not pay for their incompetence and if anything, they should apologize for putting me through this ordeal on top of refunding me every penny I paid them. Thank you so much.

      Please see attached letter of response in reference to Complaint ID  ******** referencing Air Conditioning repairs on *************************** 2011 ****** ***** (*****************) with 190,557 miles. Feel free to contact me for any/all additional documentation of repairs and services performed. All repairs were performed as per manufacturers guidelines and additional repairs are required to restore original proper operation.

          I am rejecting this response because: they are a dishonest operation in lying to a paying customer and not living up to what was promised, once they broke their promise once, I feel like they should be held accountable and be seen in a different light.  When things go well, no hesitation to ask customers to pay, when things go terribly wrong and they know they are part of the reason why it goes wrong although they will not admit it, they refuse to provide refund, even thinking that is far from a possibility. A paying customer should not be ripped off like this and they should be ashamed of themselves for the way they operate. I believe in result deserve a payment and more than 2 thousand dollars later I still have a vehicle blowing hot air in the middle of summer, that is not acceptable and that is why I am demanding a refund.

      Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to myself and my team at Frank's Servicenter. We have built our business and reputation on this foundation since 1962. All repairs are backed by 2 year and 24,000 mile coverage. This applies to the repaired component only, not the entire system. This is the reason that we have gone above and beyond in efforts to assist *** *** and his unfortunate predicament of an older vehicle plagued with multiple issues. I have retained the replaced components and invite them to be tested and inspected. Furthermore a third party assessment of the vehicle in its current condition will support our findings. This is an unfortunate situation that ultimately falls on the owner of the vehicle.
