On Oct. 30, 2021, ******************* of JSWIred Electric responded to my request on the Next Door App for a handyman to assess a broken microwave. I gave him $90 via Apple Pay for 5 minutes worth of work to tell me the microwave was dead.On Oct 31, 2021, I sent ******************* another $365 via ***** *** as a deposit to purchase a microwave and install it. ******************* never showed up for three appointments in November: Nov. 10, Nov. 18 and Nov 22. They made no attempt to contact me those days UNTIL I contacted them to say, "Is **** coming or not?" On Nov. 22, after not receiving any word of Jeffs delay, I cancelled the order and asked for my $365 back. I did not receive any texts, calls, or emails during the week of Nov. 22 - 29. On Nov. 29, I started searching the Next Door App for any mention of the Sloats. I finally received a message from *************************, ***** wife. She did not want to give me my money back but wanted to drop off the microwave. I insisted on the money and ************************* began insulting me and threatened to sue me. I have retained all the insulting texts that *************************.I really have no expectations that I will get my money back but I would like a negative review about their business to be published. If you think I have any recourse against them then by all means lets pursue it.Customer response

The thieving S***** have never given me my money back. Please put them in your Very Bad Business file.
