We apologize for the additional needed repairs. Vehicle over 10 years old and over ******* miles can have consequential issues through no fault of the technician. These repairs are not the cause of the original concern and are being completed at no charge. Our apologies for the inconvenience.Review from Samuel C

i had the worse experience with Piazza Honda of Springfield. I brought my car because the engineer did not prove power (Friday). They took one day to diagnosis the car (cost $170) and came back with the whole a lot of Code but did not shared with me at the time. The service advisor called me the day after stated my car needed a new timing change on Saturday (Cost $2000 with 10% labor cost). I decided to get the car back the same day but when i got to the dealer to pick car; the service advisor told me that they will charge me around $500 to put the car together (included $170 diagnosis fee) and would not ready until Tuesday (3 days from Saturday). First of all, why i had to pay to put the car together after you charge me disassemble the car for diagnosis work? Also why did the dealer call me before they disassemble the car engine? So i decided to go ahead with the timing change replacement work. This is a smaller issue that i had with the dealer. After the replacement work, i finally got the copy of the code with my replacement receipt. i reviewed the codes and the note from the mechanics. It showed they road tested the car - felt of a misfired and data listed showed a misfired on cylinder 2 - inspected the cam chain rod length & it just past the service limit. My problem is why the mechanic and service advisor did not recommend the more obvious problem and cheaper repair - misfired on cylinder 2 (fuel injector - cost about $600). Instead of the timing chain service for the engine which cost $2,000. To me seem like the dealer just want to perform the most expensive repair regardless that is/is not the cause of the problem at all. This is the most important part, the service advisor recommended do more diagnosis (cost $170) and change the fuel injector for cylinder 2. This confirmed my suspicious about the timing chain replacement is necessary or not. 1000 Character is not enough for me to warn other people about this dealer, PLEASE BE AWARE AND AVOID THIS DEALERReview from Susan M.

I have had the worst experience with Piazza honda of Springfield. The didn’t fix the problem with a sensor. The told me I needed a battery and a modular for an engine light that wasn’t on when I dropped it off. I told them not to replace the battery which they did and I had them take it out and put my battery back in my car this took over one hour. I left and had my battery checked it was in good condition. I still have no engine light on. They should be sued for their dishonesty.Review from Robert W

Robert W 21Jul22 Left my CR-V because the a/c blew hot air after running for 10 minutes. Problem diagnosed as a faulty a/c relay. Relay replaced by Piazza. Price $288. Paid and drove off. 10 minutes later, a/c blowing hot air. Took my CR-V to a specialist and got the correct diagnosis. A/c fixed and working properly. Can't recommend Piazza, nor can I afford to return. Giving one star rating as this site requires at least one star to submit review.Review from Neil M

I wanted to lease an HRV for my daughter. Called and got an email estimate on 4/30/22 for vehicle. Add on dealer cost was $1750. Two days later, from a different Piazza salesperson, on May 2 on another HRV that was almost $2,000 cheaper, the mark up was now $2,000, $250 more in two days. On 4/30/22 they included a Zurich Shield cost of $699, Two days later on May 2, this cost went up $200 to $899 ( for something I did not even want but was forced to pay for). On 4/30/22 they charged me $795 for the All Season package; on May 2 it went up for a different HRV, the cheaper one, by $200, as it was now $995. On 4/30/22 the trade allowance on a vehicle we were trading in was $3,500 ( if it was confirmed upon inspection). On May 2, 2022, two days later Piazza was offering me just $2,000, a reduction of $1,500. The sales manager had to do an investigation and incredibly told me that 4/30 was the end of the month and that just two days later in a new month all of the numbers changed. What a crock! So my trade in now was worth in two days $1,500 less? Their own charged add ons went up $400 ? And the moon is made of green cheese. I have the two different offers from Piazza Most would just move on and chalk it up to them being car salesman. And they knew I was an attorney. Imagine how they treat the average person. What a waste of time.Review from Vincent M

This Honda Dealer's customer service needs much to be desired. I wanted to see if someone could restart my radio, because the battery died. So I called and the representative said to bring it in to Express service. I would only have to wait about fifteen minutes, until they powered down the battery. `I took the car in on Wednesday 1/19/22, and the service representative at the desk, said they could not do it, I had to take the car back to where I bought it. I didn't know that you have to take your car back to the original dealer for this kind of service. I called on Saturday 1/22/22 to get clarification, and two different people, who answered the phone, put me on hold and didn't come back to the phone. So I hung up.
