      we ordered a queen size futon in November of 2022. We gave them a down payment of 400 $. They gave us a timeline of 3-4 months, which we were OK with, we weren't in a big hurry and we wanted to support a US based business. 4 months came and went. We called them. Oh we're a bit behind, we've had some supply issues, It'll be July or so. July came and went. Oh we're looking at October now. Then November. November comes and goes. Oh your order should be ready to ship this week! Now it's Next week. At what point to we report them for fraud?

      WELL LET ME BEGIN: WE ORDERED A TRUNDLE BED MARCH 2022: THE ROOM DOCTOR RECEIVED THE DOWN PAYMENT OF 400.00. SO I ASK WHEN WILL THE TRUNDLE BED BE READY? ROOM DOCTOR SAID 3 TO 6 MONTHS. CALLED 6 MONTHS LATER AND THE EXCUSES BEGAN. FOR INSTANCE WE ARE HAVING PARTS ISSUES, WE ARE VERY BEHIND, STILL WORKING ON OTHER 2021 ORDERS...AND THE LIST GOES ON. THEN THE COMPANY (IF IT EXISTS) CALLS BACK AND STATES THAT YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR DELIVERY. OKAY COOL. SO WE CALL THE ROOM DOCTOR BACK AND GUESS WHAT OUR ORDER ISNT QUITE READY BECAUSE A PART DIDNT COME IN. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FAR TOO LONG. THEN WE DECIDED TO MAKE A PHONE CALL JUST RECENTLY AND GUESS WHAT, SAME EXCUSE. IS THIS WIRE FRAUD??? PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR OPTIONS. I NOTICED OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS. WHAT CAN BE DONE TO SOLVE THESE ISSUES?

      Same as others. I ordered a ladder in mid August and they immediately took my money but i still haven't received the ladder. Spoke to a rude woman on the phone in September who said the order would be coming in October. No delivery yet. Emails going unanswered. Are theuy even a real company?

      ordered a bunk bed ladder on 11/8/21 and all i keep getting is excuses as to why it has not come said it was in stock and would be shipped within three weeks ,I keep calling them and more excuses about lumber shortage then they were behind in orders and it would ship in two weeks then the owners mother tells me that they are just starting jan orders they got my money but no products do yourself a favor and dont order from them awful company to do business with I also would rate them 0 stars if i could as its now over 6 months i think they just take peoples money then just keep giving excuses until you go away BYERS BEWARE AND DONT LET THEM GET YOUR MONEY

      I placed an order for 2 bunk beds on Sept 24, 2021 and like others get nothing but excuses for my order not being completed. I would rate them at 0 stars if possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

      I ordered a futon frame on 9/25/21. Five months later, it has not arrived. After numerous messages asking them to simply give a refund, they are unresponsive. If I could give negative stars, I would. Maybe if you live near them and go in person they are decent to work with - or afraid to stiff you at least... but if you are ordering online from a distance - order somewhere else.
