I have used Graham's Exxon many times before and service is great sometimes, bad at others, so it can be a tossup. But I recently had them do a tow and sometimes it just seems like they just want to get out of doing work. I paid $100 for them to tow my car 2 blocks away. I don't mind paying their rate but please do it correctly. The guy put the car all the way towards one side of the spot so I asked him if he could put it one foot over, to which he put it inches away from a monster truck. I realize he had some problems with getting it moved around, but he could have driven around the lot easily and just done it again. But instead he said sorry, it'll have to do and left my car literally inches away from a truck that took up their entire spot. I can't legally drive my car because it has to pass inspection. So I was left stranded by them. Most likely it will either be towed or I will be asked to tow it again. My $100 was a complete waste, because if I'm just going to have to do it again, then why am I paying them in the first place. Again, sometimes these guys do good work, but other times they could use an attitude adjustment and it would be nice they would give you what you paid for.Business response

customer was contacted via email on November 15th.
With the following statement:
"Good Day ******
My name is Kori J*********** and I am reaching out to you regarding your complaint through the BBB on 11/7/2022 with Graham's Exxon.
We are sorry to hear you had a less than pleasant experience with the tow of your vehicle.
If you would like to contact Larry J*********** the Manager of towing. Larry would be happy to assist you with future tow's and provide you with a better experience.
Please call Larry at ************ ** ************ at your convenience.

Larry J*********** also called ***** ********* ** ***** ******** and left a message on November 15th.
Since then ***** has contacted Larry and discussed her experience. Where we have addressed the situation.
Upon this conversation ***** has asked that we tow her vehicle again.
Which we have successfully completed for her.
