Rosedale Investors, LLC is an unregistered business run by someone named Star M*****, purporting to be a property management business or the owner of my rental, I don't know. Either way, Star doesn't have a real estate license. In March, my previous landlord had evicted me due to an issue with a roommate on the same day that Star's company allegedly began managing the property. Star's employees failed to secure the property (they left the key sitting right in front of my front door), and allowed someone that wasn't me to remove items from the property. Since March, I have been unemployed, still waiting for unemployment to pay out. I have long had an application in with the Emergency Rental Assistance Program, and Star informed me that she had filled out her share of the application, which would have made her agree not to evict me in order to receive funds. She went ahead and did so anyway. I am now homeless due to this fraudulent "property manager." It should be noted that I am within my rights to withhold rent because there is an open, exposed sewer pipe venting gas in the middle of my yard, and she's been aware of it since March. Note I DO NOT have a written lease with Star or anybody for that matter.
