            On December 22, 2023 the BBB of Western Pennsylvania opened an investigation into The Hushball and its business practices. An investigation was prompted due to the number of consumer complaints and inquiries alleging (a) the business was failing to deliver merchandise after consumers placed an order online and (b) unresponsive to consumer requests for refunds.  As of December 28, 2023 the business has not responded to BBB requests to provide background information or address the pattern of complaints.

            I like all the others ordered from this company and got nothing. I paid for a hoop and one of their ballsI got a shipping notification in December but never got anything. I figured well that its I am not getting what I ordered nor am I getting my money back and this was a fraud site. I did not search for any products like this since. Today I received an email from Stealth ball saying we've noticed it's been a while since you placed an order with us, we just wanted to check in and see how you're enjoying your stealth ball. I never ordered from this company. I believe the old site Hush ball are now up to it again just under the name of stealth ball. The site has the same design, same pictures and same 30% off scam.
