      Comprehensive auto claim(deer damage) 10/21/21, uploaded pictures of car to allstate, got initial estimate. took car to Stevensville auto body, ****** looked at car & said more damage then estimate showed. contacted allstate they did 2nd estimate which allowed body shop to repair all damaged parts on my car. I got my car back 12/21/21. went to store later that night and noticed headlights not adjusted properly, upon returning home, popped the hood to see what could be causing the issue & as soon as hood was up, noticed that the air duct(2 piece part) was missing & the other section appears to be incorrect part. contacted stevensville auto body on 3 occasions. 1st time 12/24/21 between 8-9 am. spoke with ****** told him i was missing the cold air assembly. his reply are you kidding. i said no im not kidding. he was going to look around the shop to see if it was there, if not would order part. 2nd time 12/28/21 spoke with receptionist, asked about my part to see if it was in. told it would be in today 12/28/21. will call and let me know when it got there. 1/3/22 noticed pc. that fits up underneath windshield was not in its place. 3rd time 1/4/22 went personally to auto body shop spoke with ****** inside shop office he looked at boxes that was delivered to see if any was mine. receptionist said would be here today, 1/4/22. then proceeded outside with ****** to look at my vehicle showed him the pc. around my windshield and then popped the hood and showed him the part that was missing. showed him the pc. that was there appears to be incorrect. ****** stated that car manufacturers are always changing/upgrading parts. ****** told me that when part gets in will call me and fix the 2 issues found. will take 1 day to fix, will put me in a car to get home with. i have not received a phone call from anyone at stevensville auto body letting me know if my part has come in. i have been the one initiating all the contact to resolve getting my car fixed.

      In response to the complaint that i had filed, stevensville auto body has contacted me and has since fix all known issues.
