My experience with 611 Transmission & Repair, overseen by Tony, unfolded as a disheartening series of events, each revealing red flags that collectively paint a concerning picture of this establishment. Upon entrusting Tony and his team with my friend's car repair, the issues began to surface. From false claims about ordering crucial parts to prolonged delays, the promised efficiency crumbled. Digging deeper, reports of cars leaving the shop in deteriorated conditions raised questions about the honesty and competence of the repairs. The incident involving the false claim about the ordered part was just one aspect of this convoluted narrative, highlighting a lack of transparent communication. Anticipating potential responses, I stress the importance of transparency, accountability, and fair business practices. Acknowledging mistakes and taking proactive steps to rectify them demonstrates integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction. In the absence of such efforts, the validity of the concerns expressed about 611 Transmission & Repair remains a significant point of consideration for potential customers. Moreover, the cumulative impact of these issues not only disrupted the repair process but also undermined the trust and confidence we initially placed in Tony and his team. It's crucial to underscore that this review isn't an attempt to sabotage a business but rather a sincere effort to share a firsthand account for the benefit of potential customers. In conclusion, false assurances, extended delays, poor communication, and questionable repair standards collectively reveal a significant deficiency in professionalism at 611 Transmission & Repair under Tony's management. This detailed account serves as a cautionary tale. If reliability and transparency are priorities, seeking automotive services elsewhere may be more prudent.

Nightmare Experience at 611 Transmission I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with 611 Transmission auto repair, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked through the door, the customer service was abysmal. The communication was practically non-existent. With evasive answers to my questions about the progress of the work on my vehicle. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a simple update. It's as if they thought they were benefiting me by lying about progress on the vehicle. When I finally got my vehicle back, I discovered that the quality of work matched the subpar customer service. The issues I initially brought it in for were supposedly fixed, but new problems had emerged, and it seemed like corners were cut in the repair process. It left me wondering if they even knew what they were doing. After bring back the car for two rechecks on the work, I was told it was good, just before the car broke again within 500 miles on a part meant to last 10s of thousands. To add insult to injury, the pricing was exorbitant for the shoddy service I received. It's clear that 611 Transmission values profit over customer satisfaction and craftsmanship. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to 611 Transmission & Auto Repair. The combination of terrible customer service and poor quality of work makes for an experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Save yourself the frustration and find any other transmission shop in the area. Don't let these scammers think they fix anything with their poorly worded rebuke of reviews just trying to save their ratings. poor customer service is shown in the shop with no concern for customers. Just some fast talkers that think they'll save their company by "SEO" manipulations of google reviews. Tony, The owner should remove himself from customer service, stop running AdSense and use the money to hire better front-end people.

611 Transmission shop: SCAMMERS and THIEVES. Called reception asked “how much to change break pads, labor only because I have Autozone pads” was told $130. Told them I’ll be there in 40min, male reception said OK. Come there, wait an additional 30 minutes, the male receptionist finally shows up, gets my car or the lift and I wait another 30 minutes. Receptionist finally gives me the bill breakdown, mind you they haven’t even started on the car, with price tag of $160 for FRONT break pads and another $160 for BACK break pads, with mandatory purchase/installation of THEIR OWN front rotors. I tell them “over the phone I was quoted $130, and I’ll be back in 10 minutes with my own front rotors.” At that moment the receptionist FREAKS OUT. He starts screaming at me and my 70 year old mother, saying stuff like “YOU PEOPLE” and “PEOPLE LIKE YOU” (racist much?) “always do this, I can’t stand you, maybe I don’t even want to do this job”. So I said no worries, I’ll go elsewhere. He began arguing with me, called me stupid for not knowing I needed rotors, said he’s been “in the (scamming?) business for many years” so I stood there politely listening to his nonsense, and then said “I just want to mention that I failed state inspection 3 days prior, for the reason of “low break pads”. He got embarrassed, turned red and stopped talking. He charged me $60 for putting the car on the lift, oh and when I was leaving, one of the mechanics “conveniently forgot” to put back in my car a brand new car part “Tie Rod End” that I also purchased at Autozone to be changed at a later time. Did he forget, or did he steal and was hoping we won’t notice? You decide. Thanks for reading.

We do appreciate you feedback and customer satisfaction along with Quality work is a top priority @ 611 Transmission . Although the person who wrote this review is not the person who brought the vehicle in for service please allow me to clarify this. Yes there was a call about how much to replace the brakes on your vehicle. And you will supply the pads. However no one specified if it was front or back or both never the less we check the vehicle and the mechanic found that the vehicle will need rotors and a caliper . I Tony the owner explain this to the gentleman who brought the vehicle in and he was on the fence. I price out the job and he said no he just want us to change the pads only. I explain to him that this is not the proper way of doing this job. And I do not feel comfortable doing this job. He also stated he fail inspection because of the brakes so I ask him what about the rotors are they going to pass them he state the guy didn't say anything about rotor so I asked why didn't he just put on the brakes you bought and write you a inspection right there and then he stated the guy was busy. We was also busy but still fit you in our work schedule and you still you found a way to complain about that you had to wait. We already had a heavy work load but through the kindness of our heart we try to fit you in. Instead of you thanking us and appreciate what we did. Here we are with you leaving us a false review. As far as the price you ask how much to change the brake pads and was quoted $130 a hours labor. But then when you brought the car in you need rotors to be replace and a caliper and you also ask if we can change a tie rod . Now this changes the price because the labor of work is been changed. And we did honor our price of the $130 and added for the additional repair. We are the Professionals here if we see you need rotors to complete the job then that's what you need if you don't agree you are more then welcome to do it yourself or go somewhere else. But the problem you will face is majority of the shop in this area do not accept customer parts. You brakes system is major system in a vehicle it's what stop your car. It doesn't make sense of us to put a wrench on this system if we cannot fix it properly . And this is what got the gentleman upset because we are not doing what he is telling us to do. You said it was going to take 10 mins for him to get the rotors. First of all you should have done this before you brought the vehicle and how was he going to get these parts if his vehicle was up in the air with all 4 wheels off. Was I support to put everything back together so he can drive all around town looking for rotors. Or am I suppose tie up my lift all day for him to get rotors. Or he could have simply said go ahead and order the parts so I can have a proper working brakes system. Instead he wanted to debt me about this. And simply said Thanks but No Thanks I decided we should not go further. And I ask for half an hour labor . We all have busy lives this was a complete waste of our time. And last but not least you have Audacity to say that I'm racist. You can check with anyone of my Customers, employee, friends or family member I am far from that. That show me you didn't even have the pleasure of meeting me because anyone that know me will not agree. And if I was a scam artist as you accused me of being then I would have taking your money and not care of the outcome. Instead I advise of the proper and only way of doing this job and if it didn't work for you then we should part ways which we did. But now you decide to take to a next level and discredit the person that was trying to help. Usually I would invite a customer back to make thing right but in this case. Because of your derogatory remarks you don't deserve a Good Honest person/ mechanic like me Good luck to you in Future.

Sloppy, incomplete service ! Scheduled engine swap on Thursday for next Tuesday morning. Tuesday they tell me they have to reschedule for Wednesday. Wednesday I drop off vehicle they tell me should take 2 days. 2 days later I call to check progress and get an eta. I explain I also run a business and need to schedule customers. Tony seemed to be annoyed and was quite rude, actually accused me of insulting him . ??? Told me call back tomorrow. Next day I called back. He told me it was finished, come pick it up. The cost was close to $600.00 over the price they quoted. I drive away and notice I have no brakes and the check engine lights are on. When i got home I noticed greece all over the bumper ,hood, door handles, on the carpet. I call they tell me they're too busy now bring it back next week. I noticed something leaking in the driveway , the day I bring it back I explain all the problems and they say they will look at it. they tell me the brakes are fixed but I need hose connector, $45. Part $250. Labor turns into over $400.00 I drive away engine light still on. I call back, every time I ask whats going on with the engine they put me on hold cause they have an other customer. Tony says he doesn't know why my engine light is on didn't even checked. While we are talking im sitting in the vehicle and it stalls. He tells me it could be this or that bring it back he can look at it for another 450. Meanwhile my work schedules off the table. I throw a code reader on it 2 codes come up. 118 Coolant sensor, 300 multiple misfire. I locate the sensor and it is old broken and not even plugged in. I replaced it myself. Found coolant leaking in two spots , fived myself. Noticed not all screws where put back in. Noticed broken scew pins , main wiring harness enclosure expoesd. Very sloppy work, I have put several hours into completing the engine install myself after playing 611 Transmission/Auto for the jod. Well at least their customer service is arrogant, rude and disappointing
