Mark one of the managers at efo outlets was nasty and rude not to mention we where sold a defective mattress when we went back to the store to have them correct one of the female managers was very rude and told us she can not do anything about we where stuck with the mattress this was after emailing Mark the man who sold us the mattress told to come in find a new one and he would deal with the lady manager told us he wasn't allowed to do that but he would be in that wensday if we wanted to come back then and deal with Mark his self so we did and he proceeded to yell at the top of his lungs claiming that's not what he said even after showing him his very own emails he still refuses to do anything I told him I know you sold us a defective mattress this needs to be taken care not to mention we spent over $7000 in store on a whole new living room set full bedroom set mattress and that's not how an employee should treat there high paying customers by giving false information selling defective products then becoming overwhelming nasty to us he then corrected the defective mattress with a new one no apology was ever at any point even after correcting his self after about an hour in the store of dealing with such nasty attitude and feeling attacked we will never shop at any efo furniture stores our experience was horrible wouldn't not recommend anyone to go there and have be treated the way we got treated with such disrespect and disregard for his actions didn't not even want to give this one star hands down they need a negative star rating available we fill ripped off and we'll overcharged
