            It's a shame. This place is no longer like it used to be 15 years ago... I paid over a thousand dollars for both regular eye glasses and sunglasses - (2 pairs of glasses) - one of them, I brought my own frames in. They didn't even put the "transitions" coating (to make them dark when you go outside) on my regular glasses. And my color mirror coating for my sunglasses was like a light blue, not darker purple-blue like I wanted. The guy says the woman who is the manager will not say yes to fix my sunglasses... I paid money to have these done correctly. They should do their job. I looked up their reviews on here and they are pretty bad - all one-star and 2-star reviews... Not looking good. So I guess I am going to have to go elsewhere from now on, which is a real shame, because I used this company several years ago for many years... I guess it's time to go elsewhere. I agree on the high cost of the glasses from several customers. But to refuse to do my order CORRECTLY? That is BAD SERVICE. I should get what I PAID FOR.
