    Ok so my truck went into Matthew's for a brake or front end shake. They responded it needed front ball joint and u joints . I also added change fluids and several other stuff. I gotten truck back and the next day the truck wouldn't bearly move cause they didn't pit enough transmission fluid in it and caused a limp mode which they kinda laughed about. Well guess what they own this transmission . Next was a lug nut missing on my truck which they would send me in the mail and how will I install? Next was the oil change light came on when I had 2100 miles left to oil change seems odd to me and then they rotated my tires and left 80 in fronts and 65 in rears and never reset the tire pressures after rotation. Now I have spent thousands here and I don't know what there issue is but I'm sending my truck somewhere else to have there work looked at. Also damage to my wheels after there rebalance on my wheels. And now I changed out my brakes and rotors and a hub bearing assembly on right front after I just had truck there several days days prior and asked all this to be checked and nothing was done. This is crazy. I changed my brakes myself and hub bearing. This isn't a dealer it's a joke! And I sent a customer comment to Peter the general manager and nothing.

    I recently purchased a vehicle through Carvana that had a few concerns I wanted checked out. I called and asked if Matthews was able to work on the concerns I had and they scheduled me an appointment for weds at 10am. On the day of the appointment, I dropped the car off as scheduled at 10am and I was immediately told by Sabrina in service that most of their technicians had called out and they might not get to it that day. They finally started looking at the car over two days later at the end of the day when they called to inform me that there was a significant amount of damage totaling at least $20,000 according to them and the "clutch is so bad it won't move up a hill", which was a blatant lie as I had just driven the car on a 300 mile road trip with no clutch slipping problems. I spoke with Carvana and they were more than happy to make any needed repairs to the vehicle, as long as they could send out an independent inspector to verify the ridiculous claims of damage by Matthews service department. After Matthews was told they needed to prove the damage to an independent inspector, I received a call from the dealership stating that the GM says they will no longer work on my vehicle and I would have to pay nearly $800 in diagnostic fees before they would release the car back to me without fixing or diagnosing anything. I was then told "if you bought the car from us it would be a different story but you didn't so..." which is a beyond disgusting way to treat a customer. My only conclusion is that Matthews was trying to commit fraud on the warranty work and since they could not prove the bogus claims of damage they kicked my car out of the shop as fast as possible in order to avoid being caught in a lie. They also spilled some sort of mystery fluid on the front bumper, damaged a wheel and left the car extremely dirty and almost out of gas on top of it. Luckily for me Carvana has much more integrity than this dealership and stepped up and made everything right.
