If Furino Fuels insists on having a credit card on file they should be more careful! My credit card is billed by them automatically for my propane deliveries. I don't receive any notice about the charge ahead of time. I do have alerts set up for that credit card when a charge is made to it...THANK GOODNESS FOR THAT! On March 9, 2023 I received an email alert for a $450.53 charge for propane...and then another and another, five times. I verified by checking my credit card online and immediately called Furino to make sure it was, in fact, coming from them...it was. After checking with their system I was told it must have been a problem with their Virtual Terminal (automatic billing?). I screamed for them to reverse the charges IMMEDIATELY, which they did. If I didn't have alerts set up on my credit card I may never have seen these transactions until the (soon to come) end of my billing cycle AND they might have never been aware until my phone call to them! I have had other issues with this company before...which I will report here in the future. I find this company to be irresponsible, incompetent and arrogant. I will change propane companies in Spring after the heavy heating season ends. I HAVE HAD IT WITH FURINO FUELS!Review from Angie

In 2019 we bought a house in East Stroudsburg d house came with a custom made propane tank. We had a hard time filling it up b/c we own it (no serial # or company name on it) All d companies that supply propane have d same protocol. We must test ($700) d tank in order 2 fill it up. We chose Furino Fuels b/c per gallon was cheaper. They came tested it & a week later they delivered d fuel. Everything was fine until they decided 2 remove our tank w/o our permission or consent in d middle of d winter with fuel in it. Now they’re trying 2 claim that the tank belongs 2 them because we signed a lease with them (which does NOT exist) I spoke with REGINA d rudest person ever! No manners, cursing ?? They are trying 2 steal our tank but we will fight them 2 death. Please STAY AWAY from this company they are BAD NEWS!
