On 11/16/2020, I inquired by email with Country House Ceramics about the availability and pricing of items I was interested in. CHC responded promptly confirming availability and pricing. I placed an order the same day (Order #***, totaling $112.36) and received an email confirmation. My debit card was charged the full amount. On 12/15/2020 I emailed CHC to ask about the items, having not received them yet. CHC responded the same day "orders are going out now. You should get an invoice from Square.com for the shipping charges." I did not. On 1/16/2021 I inquired again. No response. I reached out again 9/15/2021 asking about the order. CHC responded the same day, "Send me your info, All orders from last year are sitting in shipping waiting for the shipping payments to go out. Will check this tomorrow at the retail outlet." I responded confirming he had my information. CHC responded "Got it." Still nothing received. I sent a reminder today but am not optimistic.Customer response
