            Would not cancel an order that was placed with a stolen credit card. It was more important to them that the thief receive their item than to refund the stolen funds. Based on the proximity of the thief’s address and their business location they either employ the thief or are a front for a credit card scam.

            Hello, We're sorry this happened to you; however, the business is not able to cancel transactions that take place after a certain amount of time has lapsed after the order was placed. Orders are printed and shipped same-day or immediately on Mondays. Please contact your credit card company if your card was stolen, as most credit card companies usually have a policy where its customers are not liable for lost or stolen credit card purchases. Please contact your credit card company for any unauthorized purchases. We do not employ criminals, are not a "front" for credit card scam, nor would we condone such an action within our team and company. Our website is run by Shopify and is legitimate website with legitimate customers and legitimate products. If an employee was stealing from the company or its customers, the employee would be immediately terminated and criminal charges would be filed. Again, we apologize for an inconvenience on the Treasure Gurus end, but once an order is placed and a label is printed, it is not able to be canceled. Please contact your credit card company regarding this or any unauthorized purchases. Thank you
