********************** contacted us in regard to ordering a part for him.  He gave us the exact part number of the item he wanted us to order for him.  We ordered said item, had it direct shipped to his house, per his request, and then billed him for the product along with the shipping.  ********************** then decided the part was incorrect but blamed us for ordering the wrong part.  We explained to him that we ordered exactly what he told us to order.  He gave us the part number, we ordered and shipped per his request.  We refunded him for the part, minus a restocking fee, which is what the company charges us to return the item.  There is no way to refund shipping to him for a part he asked to have ordered and shipped to him.  We are sorry that the part number he ordered was incorrect but unfortunately that was an error on his end and not ours.

From: ************************* Sent: Friday, August 19, 2022 3:26 PM To: '***************************' <***************************>Subject: RE: invoice ****** ****,With this email I am formally contesting invoice ****** dated 5/13/2022. With this notice we are informing your company any attempt to further collect what we consider an unauthorized invoice will be considered harassment, as well as a violation of “PA Statutes Title 33 P.S. Frauds, Status of &5. Acceptance to be in writing” clause of the PA Statutes and Constitution. In addition to the above, we are further removing our offer to settle this dispute for a return of or our rental fee (plus the removal from our account of the invalid and possibly fraudulent invoice.)In addition, per the email string below, you have provided the hours use of the tractor ( approx. 2 hours). Which is of the signed contract I had with your company (8 hour use of tractor). I am willing to settle this dispute for either 6 hour use of the equipment or a refund of of the total rental bill (minus the fuel you said I used while your equipment was in my possession). NOTE: I rented a tractor and ******** on 5/4/2022 for an 8 hour rental. I drove the tractor to the field I planned to ******** and got the tractor stuck. Being only 1 mile from where I rented it, I asked for an opinion on best way to pull it out (pull out backward or forward). Bill G************* from Bradco Supply came up to see tractor and said he would have to think about the options and get back with me. He then left the site. He later came back without contacting me and removed the tractor without my permission and send me an invoice for an additional 583.06 (above the 477 I had already paid for the 8 hour use of the tractor). He stated via email the tractor had 2.1 hours use (not sure if that included the time he ran the tractor to take it back to his business). I am looking for a return of 6/8 of the rental fee as well as removal of the unauthorized invoice.
