I ordered thousands of dollars of shirts from this company. I sent them an email about several irregular shirts I received. They wanted to charge me for return shipping. I will never order from this company again.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Alphabroder/********* a few weeks ago with an initial in-hands date of October 25. The communication and back and forth was horrible, and essentially made it impossible to provide service to my customer. I thought we had resolved the issue with an agreed upon date of delivery today at the event destination, but Alpabroder/********* did not pay for *** Saturday delivery and therefore, these products are arriving AFTER the event which is tonight at 8PM. I have spent hours trying to get this package to my customer on time. This is not a supply chain issue. The supplier had the inventory. They made it impossible for me to do my job. I want a full refund for this order asap.
