Within the last 2 weeks of June a order was placed for me with this company to receive Delta 8 gummies I was sent a voicemail saying that we cannot use your PO box that you have provided for us we need a physical address so a physical address was provided to them they never sent the email back telling me if they got the email if the address was confirmed I didn't hear anything back from them for days so I sent the email telling them that if I don't hear back from them within 24 hours I'm going to cancel my order they did not get back to me within 24 hours I believe that was the last week of June it might have been the 26th of June when I sent another email a day later telling them to cancel my order I sent three different emails telling them to cancel my order and I also called and left a voice message telling them to cancel my order I didn't receive anything back until the beginning of July saying that I will be fully refunded that was about 6 to 10 days ago and I still have not received my money I paid $33.96 and they told me that I was going to get my money back every cent and I still have not gotten it back yet. I just want my money back so that I do not have to deal with this company anymore The man that I talk to his name was Lloyd he is the one that left me the voicemail and he is also the one that communicated with me through email. I'm very disappointed in how this company is handling this situation I really like their products but I will not be using their products anymore I would really hate for other people to have to go through thisBusiness response

Finally, I am happy to report that the issue with ****** ******* was resolved on July 28, 2023 before the BBB matter was closed. On that day, we processed a complete refund of $33.96 I can provide a copy of the credit note showing that the funds should have been pushed back to ******** payment method that day.
