I had contracted with vision touch to do work on my house on July 13, 2022 A deposit was given to them for the amount of $3700 and they were going to contact me as to when they would start to work Several weeks went by and I contacted them only be given excuses as to why they are backed up and unable to get to me and do the work Sometime near the end of August I contacted them requesting my deposit back that I am no longer going to contract with them since they are unable to do the job I was told they would take care of the matter only to find out that their phone number has been disconnected and no longer taking calls and I am unable to contact these people They basically took my money and ranInitial Complaint

While replacing an unneeded water service line, Curtis W******* owner of Vision Touch Contracting LLC damaged my retaining wall in my front yard. He winds up having to removing the entire wall. Mr W******* began replacing the wall and on September 15th after putting in the footer 2 days prior for the wall began placing the stone and the framing for the wall on an exposed gas line and during that time I explained to Mr W******* that I smell gas and he acknowledged that he smelled it as well, but continued working, installing rock and the wood backing for the wall. I return back to my residence on September 17th at approximately 5:00 p.m. as I showered realizing that my water never really got hot, later that evening I decided to check my kitchen sink hot water and realized there was no hot water, I proceeded to check my hot water tank, it was not lit, I was unable to relight it. I then proceeded to check my gas stove and there was no gas. I called The Gas company, a tech came out shut o? my gas that night. I called Mr. W******* and told him of the situation and he said that " that's going to come back on me." They came back the next day did the test said that the gas line had been crushed due to the wall placement. I called Mr W******* and explain the situation about what the gas company said. He indicated in a text message that he would be out the following Monday to repair the gas line. On Monday he Mr W******* realized that he did not have the certi?cation required to do the gas line and was going to have to get a subcontractor to pull up permit to replace the gas line. He did not show up and on Tuesday he indicated he wanted additional funds to repair the gas line that was crushed by his wall repair. I stated that I did not think I should pay for something that he had created. Mr W******* was to come out on September 24th, to ?nish pouring concrete for the sidewalk that he had broken up and ?nish the wall, he did not come or call. He has not been back since.
