I am penning this letter to highlight my intent to initiate legal action and my preference to explore an out-of-court resolution first. The troublesome condition of the car you sold to me has necessitated this step. In the past, I tried to communicate these issues on several occasions, underlining my concerns about the defects in the car, including, but not limited to, smoking and leaking issues. I also notified the financing company about this problem. As per the warranty agreement, the dealership had an obligation to address these issues. Nevertheless, I was told that no such warranty existed and even instructed to resolve these problems on my own. These instructions came after I had consulted multiple mechanics, who believed that the vehicle should not have been sold considering the state of its electrical system. As a direct consequence of this defect, the car failed in the middle of a bustling intersection, jeopardizing my safety and costing me down payment and Despite my repeated attempts to discuss this matter, the dealership refused to assist and even ceased communication, ignoring my telephone calls. I remain optimistic that we may amicably resolve this issue. Hence, I invite you to either communicate with me at ********************* or connect via phone to discuss a potential resolution. Unless we reach an agreement by March 08, 2024, I will have no choice but to proceed with the lawsuit. This legal action will involve seeking redress allowed under law, encompassing additional damages, cost of legal and court services, and accumulated interest.Initial Complaint

I am currently financing a car through M1 Auto in uniontown and have been since July of 2022. When I originally got the car the door locks wouldn’t work when I got home and certain electrical things. I called M1 Auto and they had told me to take it to their garage so I did they fixed the problem and I ended up having to pay eighty dollars to fix that problem. Not even a week after I fixed that problem I noticed it was burning a lot of oil so I called and they said it was probably just leaking it out somewhere so I had it looked at and they said it wasn’t leaking anywhere and that the engine was bad and I called M1 auto and they said that I had no warranty and they pretty much had nothing they could do . Now the motor is bad and blown and I’m stuck in a loan that I just had opened not even 6 months ago and no car I just want them to atleast help fix the motor problem as it was sold to me with a bad motor.
