I had an eye exam & purchased glasses beginning in January 2022, I received & couldn't see with them, they reevaluated & changed Rx, I asked them if I could get a refund & they told me no they don't give refunds & they will only try one more time, if that didn't work then that's all they would do. I paid close $500. for these glasses, I told them they just didn't seem very clear & when I cleaned them with the products they supplied they always seemed smudged, one employee had the nerve to tell me that was because I got the cheap ones. They said if I wanted to step up a notch I could pay an extra $125. I said so if I pay that & you send them again & it still doesn't work, what then, they said we can't do anything else. So I chose not to pay another $125. They sent off & I still can't see with them. They are progressive lenses which I have worn for the last 10 years & have only had one time I had an issue but it was resolved. I am very unhappy that I have spent this much money & cannot wear the glasses, I just don't think that is fair. I work in the health field & we do everything we can to please our patients. I financed my glasses through Sunbit, I am sending what I paid to Pearle vision & what I have paid to Sunbit. Please help, I just want to be able to see... Sincerely, **** *** *******
