I would love to give a better star rating because there is work that has been done that is good and turned out very nice, but the last year has been problem after problem. A long term business relationship that turned to shit. Starting with my basement. Then my Storage unit built. My basement has cracked tile because the cement under the tile was not leveled and the pipes weren't boxed off. The Storage was totally built without knowledge of how to do it, it rained in there like nothing was done at all, there was no resolve, he didn't make an attempt to return based on my availability, but on his terms. He simply stopped responding after taking over 7k from me in labor and supplies. He gaslight me about other work that was done and claimed I threatened him after entering my home unknowingly without announcing himself. I actually told him he was lucky I had children in attendance (in my business) because that is the only reason I was not able to see him when he came in order to assess the work that needed to be done to fix the problem. He left before I could come and sent an email blaming the problem on things that were already there knowing those things should have been a part of the building process. He simply did not know what he was doing and took my money. He is not a general contractor. He is a painter! That's it and that would be the only thing he is good at if you watch him and make sure he don't cut corners.
