Recently purchased an suv from the same dealer below 4/2022, 5 days into the loan , power steering goes. I had them pick the car up finally after 3 days. Once they took it to their repair shop it sat 3 days b4 learning that only 1 mechanic was pin duty the other had gone home. After 2 more days finally spoke to mechanic after telling dealership I wasn't paying one dime until it was fixed not forgetting a promise to pay that they gave me for 2 other issues , so now that they had the vehicle they could have everything taken care of. After my car sat more I learned a story that the wrong part had been ordered and that the vehicle had to go to ***** My car sat at **** for a week while they stated **** would be repairing it on the second week I learned oh we just took it to **** to make sure we had the right part now. Have you ever heard of such?..... Sounds to me they didn't want to pay **** to do it right. On this week at 3 weeks almost a month later long story short got my car back and the turn arm is still clicking which played a major part in the power steering malfunction which means the turn arm was never fixed. My rear view camera still has a glitch after that was to be repaired as well keep in mind they said they would fix all safety issues. Oh and now the new prob when I picked it up, my horn will not work nor any controls on my steering wheel. Owner paid one weeks payment when I said I wasn't , tried contacting him and he never called me back. This has been a disaster from beginning end. BEWARE THEY ARE ONE OF THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIPS IN THE TRISTATE!!The owner is buying junk and cars that should not be sold in the conditions they are in and leaving them as is and selling them under finance prices, pure dishonesty!!!!I'm sure when I call today it will be more than a mountain of excuses and run around and lies, the lies run off the tongues like script, never experienced anything like it, a total disgrace and this man McCoy or ***** should be ashamed
