This place is operating under false terms and conditions and my experience has been a nightmare. They are giving me the runaround since the beginning of the year and I received three separate new temp tags without the proper process being followed and after contacting other tags and notary places... they referred me to contact local and state authority to handle this matter. I cannot believe this place is operating like this.. they need to get it together and give us answers or our money back! My car is a 4 cylinder and it only had three cylinders after they told me 'their mechanic" services every car. The motor mount was also cracked and about to fall off and not to mention the lies they still try to feed me and other customers. Their sales person took my phone and gave himself "5 starts" without my permission... just grabbed my phone and clicked the "5stars." No wonder people do not know they are a bad choice when purchasing a car. Look up their videos... you will for sure go the other direction. I am disgusted! No star rating from me but I had to pick something and 1 star is being nice.Review from Latisha W

I was given a car through a contest that would not pass inspection since 2019, Transmission fluid was leaking from under car, turning signals would not work, trunk was stuck, radio would not turn on and driver seat would not adjust. No terms and conditions were said about the car before entering the contest. I completely feel humiliated. They expected me and my children to depend on this vehicle that was impossible to drive. Now my video is still on their page and they are using my babiws and I as advertisement that is false and we are all heart broken from this experience. Another car that was reliable or an apology would've been accepted. I do know that these cars are used but I did not know the problems that this car would cause my children and I to have. The only response that I received was, that it was a "used van" yes I totally understand that, but my children and I did not know that it was a used broken unreliable vehicle.
