            Red Rock Rescue is a wonderful Animal Rescue. Before I adopted I did my research on them and they made sure the animal fit the person before proceeding with any process. When I decided that it was time to make a life changing decision and rescue a dog the research I did on them came to reality because I myself was vetted with a series of questions about my living situation, my references were contacted and I was made aware of the history of the dog and if I was really ready to show him the love and time he needed. They did check in with me after I rescued the dog and made sure everything was going well. Given that some of the animals have a troubled past and sometimes come from a home that only showed them hate... I totally understand that some people may get rejected but it's for a valid reason. An animal from a rescue is protected and needs certain things to recover from trauma. Don't be discouraged..just try again. There's plenty of animals out there that need our help..don't get picky because you didn't get "YOUR" Breed. I have a totally mutt for a mix and he's the one that SAVED me. It's been almost 3 years since I got Buddy and we'll always be thankful for Red Rock Rescue
