From start to finish Royal Roofing and Renovations were outstanding. We had an immediate response on a roof replacement inquiry. Both Isaac and Patrick came out and inspected and evaluated our roof. They informed us of the entire process and the products they use. Informed us of what they recommend for a greater roofing system than what was on our home currently. They only use the best top quality products available. That alone speaks volumes on how they do not cut corners, Their roofer teams are all business and do not mess around. Everything is done professionally right down to the clean up of your property. Both Isaac and Patrick met with us and did a final work completion inspection and reassured us that not only is the products guaranteed, but also their workmanship. That's a huge piece of mind for us. We feel fortunate to have found such an amazing company to insure our hard earned dollars are spent without doubts. They are also a Veteran and Service member supporting Company ! And are Proud to say it. We have a late 19th century Pennsylvania Dutch style banked barn approx 65' x 45' with 38 square of original slate roofing. After no less than 125 years, the slate was falling off in too many places to be repaired anymore and water damage was starting "yesterday." I called Isaac and he sent Patrick out within 2 hours to assess.They patched up the leaking portion the next business day in early July and we contracted a couple weeks later with a deposit to get on their list. We opted for a full slate tear-off, and they presented options for new slate, metal roofing products of various durability, and also plywood sheathing with high quality GAF Timberline HDZ lifetime architectural shingles. As new slate is very expensive today, we felt the plywood and shingles would serve us with the best balance of quality, durability and appearance over the next several decades. Between the first call and the start of work in late September - we had dozens of calls and texts with questions about every aspect of this job imaginable. It was a huge job on something very historic and these guys earned our trust that this barn would be in good hands. There would be only one chance. Communication, again, was excellent - answers would come asap at anytime through the day. Calls NEVER went to voicemail. The three man crew that came out to do the work had over a decade each of professional experience. Patrick came by thru the day to supervise the foreman, who also kept us informed of every step along the way. An old barn is no longer perfect. They worked three 12-hours days including a Saturday to make sure it would look fantastic. Nothing was just slapped up, everything was custom measured and cut to make sure the end result would be flawless, and it was. Everything was cleaned up each day so that it would be safe to let our horse back into her stall for the night. Magnetic rakes used to double check for nails in the corral, driveway and adjacent lawns. The day after it was finished, both Isaac and Patrick came out to personally inspect every detail and do a walk around with us, and also checked for nails yet one more time before collecting the balance due. We are very pleased with the informed choices we made based on their expertise. Yes, highly recommended.

We just got our roof replaced by Royal Roofing and Renovations. We called them concerned with a leak and the guys came out the very next day. After further inspection the repair became a full roof replacement project. The communication was excellent. The installation crew was on time and worked very hard to get the job done in two days. We are very thankful you guys solved our leak and my family can have many worry-free years with this roof. Thank you for everything! :)
