I recently had the privilege of working with Independent Damage Consultant, Ed H******. My experience was nothing short of first rate! From the first meeting, Ed was on-time if not a little early, he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he assess the damage accurately, but he also navigated the complexities of insurance claims, ensuring we received fair compensation. His knowledge of property damage, repairability, and associated costs was invaluable. Ed stayed in contact with us through the whole process and even checked in on the team doing the repairs. I highly recommend Ed H****** to anyone facing similar challenges. He made us feel as though we were his only client.Review from Tim J

We recently hired Pro Storm for a siding job, which is the second time we have used this company. Chris and Matt oversaw the job, which was done to perfection. Even tho it started to rain, the crew not only completed the job, but they left the work area cleaner than they found it. This is not easy to do, especially in the rain! The great work, attention to detail, and customer care is what sets this company apart. Chris truly cared about the work, even down to the smallest detail, and it showed in the final product. Matt and Chris from Pro Storm supervised the installation of vinyl siding, roof, and gutters on my home after significant damage due to a hailstorm. The workers did an exceptional job, and their service was also exceptional. Their response was quick, ensuring I was pleased with every step of the project, and ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was. Matt B**** has been great from the start. Walked us through the process and work with our adjuster to get our roof and siding replaced. Matt L***** was the production supervisor who monitored the roof replacement/install and made sure the job was done right and any follow-ups were taken care of quickly.Review from Cristina C

Matt B*** from Prostorm was my contractor. I’m clueless when it comes to inside home repairs let along outside. He handled everything with my insurance adjuster and explained all the details to me so I could understand. 10 out of 10. Matt from ProStorm came out and helped me start the claim. Came back out today to meet with the inspector. He responds to my texts quickly. Very prompt and professional! We used Pro Storm Repair to replace our roof and gutters after a bad hail storm did significant damage to our house and we are so glad we did. Dan Morris was an absolute dream to work with! Professional, responsive and straight forward from our first meeting. They took care of everything for us and made the entire process seamless but most importantly they were available every step of the way. They made sure we selected the perfect color roof and wanted us to be completely happy with our selection as I am quite picky. Installation day was perfect and they made sure they communicated with us throughout the day and after the install. Dan Morris followed up with us after to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions we had. The entire team is incredible, total professionals and the quality of their workmanship and products shone through. I can’t say enough about Dan and the entire team at Pro Storm Repair!
