I bought As instructed in Unidoor 33-34 in. W x 72 in. H Frameless Hinged Shower Door in Chrome, SHDR-*********** via ******, ORDER # ***-*******-******* on Jan 13 As instructed in the manual, I hired professional to install the new shower door in our bathroom. After the installation was completed, I observed that there was too much of water leakage. I reached out to DreamLine customer support outlining the issue and shared photo and video of the installation, Case# ********.Customer Representative, ******************************* was assigned to this case. Below was her response "I had installation support take a look, and your strips and install look great. We suggest you search online for an aftermarket dam strip to attach to the sill under the door to help with the leaking. Unfortunately this is a frameless shower door and due to the frameless nature it can leak. As for the leaking around the hinges, I am following up to see if there is anything we can do to assist with that""The only way to guarantee it will not leak is with the use of a frame. We cannot make the same guarantee with frameless since they are sold to have as little frame as possible, and can't be designed water tight.The after marker dam strip is something that we do not offer for the doors, but there is options available that will not void your warranty sold elsewhere."A shower door framed or frameless should never leak. DreamLine should take full responsibility for selling such a low quality door knowing the leakage issues. I would require a full refund for Door - $767.69 and installation expenses - $150
