I ordered a shower glass enclosure with protectant. The glass arrived and was missing the protectant stickers. I called Dreamline and they said it was applied. Even though there are videos from Dreamline that state if the stickers not there it wasn’t applied. After installing the glass it water stains after just one shower even when squeegeed down. I ordered a replacement glass after it broke when taking out of the box and the replacement had the protectant sticker. I’ve talked to them numerous times and all I get is a run around. I’d like for Dreamline to resend new glass panels with protectant that I intentionally paid for to avoid water spotting, and pay to have the non protected glass uninstalled and reinstalled at their expense, or refund the purchase price. I bought As instructed in Unidoor 33-34 in. W x 72 in. H Frameless Hinged Shower Door in Chrome, SHDR-*********** via ******, ORDER # ***-*******-******* on Jan 13 As instructed in the manual, I hired professional to install the new shower door in our bathroom. After the installation was completed, I observed that there was too much of water leakage. I reached out to DreamLine customer support outlining the issue and shared photo and video of the installation, Case# ********.Customer Representative, ******************************* was assigned to this case. Below was her response "I had installation support take a look, and your strips and install look great. We suggest you search online for an aftermarket dam strip to attach to the sill under the door to help with the leaking. Unfortunately this is a frameless shower door and due to the frameless nature it can leak. As for the leaking around the hinges, I am following up to see if there is anything we can do to assist with that""The only way to guarantee it will not leak is with the use of a frame. We cannot make the same guarantee with frameless since they are sold to have as little frame as possible, and can't be designed water tight.The after marker dam strip is something that we do not offer for the doors, but there is options available that will not void your warranty sold elsewhere."A shower door framed or frameless should never leak. DreamLine should take full responsibility for selling such a low quality door knowing the leakage issues. I would require a full refund for Door - $767.69 and installation expenses - $150Initial Complaint

I purchased Dreamline tub doors on 7/26/22 from Wayfair for $458.84. I installed the doors and realized the door was wobbly and the bottom threshold did not do anything to support the door. I reached out to dreamline customer service, and at their request, sent them pictures of the problem. I received a response from *******************, indicating that he reached out to their installation support and they indicated that since there was a tub surround and not just a wall, that the tub doors werent going to work because they werent meant to be installed into a surround. The instructions and box NEVER said this, or else I wouldve immediately returned the item. In response to my question about the bottom threshold doing nothing, he told me that it was because the door was installed too high. When I sent him a picture and showed him that the doors were only as high as the wall profile piece, meaning I could not physically have installed them too high, and asked for a refund due to the insufficient instructions/label and the bottom threshold seemingly doing nothing due to the way they manufactured the doors, I was told I had to go through Wayfair for a return or refund. Wayfairs return policy is only 30 days, while this should still be under warranty through Dreamline.Initial Complaint

Purchased on May 9, 2022, delivered on May 26, 2022. Item arrived damaged, I contacted DreamLine on May 30, 2022 and received a generic email on June 1, 20222 asking for receipt, photos, etc. Immediately delivered (June 1, 2022) and have received no further communication.Initial Complaint

Paid $701 (after sales tax) order# ********* for a Dreamline SlimLine 36-in W x 60-in L with Left Drain Single Threshold Rectangle Shower Base (White). Item #****** Model #DLT-1136601. APR19 2022. My sheetrock contractor picked up from ****** APR28. "Left sided drain" evidently means "drain in center" to those folks. My bathroom renovation project has already been delayed 10 days, PLUS had to orchestrate the timing of 3 things all at once: contractor+plumber being here at same time+shower base arrival. Am I going to delay another 10 days? No. My roofer is going to be here to reshingle roof in just 2 business days. As a result of drain hole being in wrong location? Plumber's bill went from $547 to $1132. Called cust service, spoke w/Jessica D*******. Said she has no access to her immed supervisor? Seriously? Was I born yesterday? I have photos of the product, the box, and both plumbing documents. Made it abundantly clear to Jessica: I have zero interest in replacing the base w/another base. My plumber is here AS WE SPEAK trying to install "the version" of the base they sent me. I don't even want the $700 back. I simply want them to pay me the difference between the 2 plumbing bills. Which is $558. They're not going to budge, I can promise you that. The last thing they are interested in is satisfying the customer. I'll never do business w/them again. **Initial Complaint

My contractor installed DreamLine SHEN-*******-07 Enigma-XO shower enclosure for me 6 years ago. it was good at beginning,But recently it looks like it will fall off.I emailed dreamline customer service to order a replacement for the broken parts, I explained to them that I have no receipt and I don't think my contractor will keep the receipt for 6 years. so, I willing to pay for the parts. I emailed multiple times to explain and upload the photos to them, I called 3 times, the last customer representative said it looks like their product (it is identical because other brand has similar style but the accessory are different) but she also said without receipt and logo they are not going to sell the parts to me! If this is not your brand, why I'm waste my time to call you and why I waste my money to order parts from you? I think they simply do not have the parts in stock, but they create such a hassle to customer! I just need a replacement for the roller !Thank you!*********************
