Store 824 has a manager named ******* and she is an absolute trash of a person. She lies about customer policies that are clearly written in public view. She refuses returns and pushes away customers because she doesnt want to lose sales. She doesnt properly train her employees and even called customers awful names while they were in the store. I wont be buying from this location ever again. I've tried to call corporate before the footage of her disappears and while theres time to address it. She deserves to be fired.Rue 21, Inc. Response

My complain is on billing I receive in October and November 2023. I paid my bill in full in September have not purchase anything since and when I tried to purchase in the store, they denied me because they have put **** interest and **** late fee both months. I don't have anything to have interest and late fee. Account paid in full which included purchase interest charge, ************************* ******* **. Th customer svc rep ***** I talked to never tried to correct this. Will be not shopping here for my nieces anymore POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEReview from Briana C

It has been months without shipping and I live near none of the stores, you cannot order things to be shipped at stores so even if I could get to a store it is almost impossible to get everything you want. My points have expired because I was unable to use them because there are no stores near me. Ive waited months and they are giving no answers and are shipping graphics but none of their other products.Rue 21, Inc. Response

We are working on the customer experience on our website. To do so, we suspended our ship to home option in June 2023. In September we resumed ship to home delivery for Online Exclusive graphic tees and plan to expand the offering in the coming months.Review from LC M

Rue 21, Montgomery, Alabama Eastchase Shopping Center location I want to complain about the store manager unprofessional behavior. She talked about customers to other customers while in the store. She said on 5/18/23 around 11:30 AM about a customer she need to get her fat a** out of my store messing up my clothes. I heard her say this to 3 other customers about a customer. This is tacky and unprofessional and she was the store manager. ATTENTION Rue 21 Corporate Office you need to screen your employees and hire more professional managers because she was not it!!!! Logged in to my account and there's a preferred address in *******! I live in ****. They used my name too. They also had a few pair of jeans in my cart.. As soon as i noticed i deleted them and left the website. Rue21 acts like this is no big deal. I can see why. Seems to be a common occurence.Review from Brandi B

I purchased clothes 12/20/2022 (Rue 21 Harahan, LA 70123) before leaving the store I decided to return a $24.99 for a $17.99 at the end of the transaction I was told I'll get $1.** (one dollar and some change) because even though I purchased the shirt for $24.99 the return price was $19.99 wth yep I also had my receipt that clearly showed I paid $24.99 plus tax.......if you buy something MAKE SURE YOU KEEP IT....HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY

I visited the RUE 21 store this evening 11/20/2022 at the Johnson Creek, WI outlet mail. Upon checking out the associate asked me for my phone number and then my email which is where I stopped her. I asked if the information is used for 3rd parties and she said "no, it is only for returns" so I gave it to her. Then she asked me to check that my information was correct on the screen and sign. I decided to actually read what I was signing and I was agreeing to my personal information being shared! SO, I said sternly "no I do not agree to that, you just lied to me" She looked over at who I assume was the manager standing next to her and her response was "well, we didn't know that" AND "we all joined and only get like 1 email a day" I responded "one more email a day then I want". I said that they should know what their store policy is. The associate then told me I would not be able to return the item since I did not sign up. She then just stared at me so I had to look and see what I owed. Then with no words she set the change on the counter. I then said "don't be rude to me it's not my fault you are misleading people". I am not EVER one to write a negative review but this just got under my skin. I came home to look up their return policy online and I didn't find ANYTHING that said you could not do a return with a receipt. Thank god I like the sweater and have no plans on returning it. They need to train their people better OR if the associate and manager were correct that you can't do returns without providing that information then they have lost my business! PEOPLE DON'T ALWAYS BELIEVE WHAT YOU ARE TOLD, READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE SINGING!!Review from JI P

Please stop shopping here!! ***** and ****** have the same and better items!! I spoke with ***** *, a supervisor today about my order. Someone went into my account and changed the address to have my order shipped to them. ***** * verified all the info but could not see the name of the person it was shipped to. THIS HAS TO BE AN INSIDE JOB. THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS OUT OF MONEY!!! I WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!Rue 21, Inc. Response

Hey so I ordered this green and white dress a couple months ago but never wore it. I decided to put on this dress today because I wanted to take pictures and not even getting the chance to put it on the string for the dress broke. Idk if I can input photos on here but now I cant even wear the dress it was a waste of money.Rue 21, Inc. Response

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. apparently their customers account being hacked is a regular occurrence. They do nothing to help you stop this, even when you catch it in time to cancel the process of the order. They still ship it to the thief, which coincidently is also in FL like another review of hacking (red flag). Claim they can't stop processing an order, even in fraud, due to security reasons. Even though its my security that was breeched because of them and I have all the information to prove its my account. red flag number two. When on your account, i also realized there is no way to view or remove your card information, let alone delete your account period. You have to email customer service who clearly are already no help. red flags for everyone. This whole company seems like one giant scam and i wouldn't be surprised if its not an employee "hacking" into accounts. STAY AWAY!
