Order# ******* purchased June 1 We spent about $300 on a custom paint matched front grill for our show car.It was assembled as the instruction advised with the screws and the 3m tape.This was made of a ABS material that should be stronger than the average material used hence the cost being higher. 2 Days after having this pieces just shattered off while driving.This should of never ever happened and we believe maybe it was defective. We have reached out to them via email and phone just to be completely ignored and never get a response. On top of that each time we leave a honest review of the product they take down the review, which is extremely shady business. We have purchased frequently from them and never ever had any quality issues until now.. **********************************************/***************************************Business response

Sorry that we didnt respond ealier. I was just able to find the ticket in our support system and I have reached out to our customer support rep on why this was overlooked.
I personally removed the reviews as you left them on our 2022+ *** lip kit instead of this specific listing. Fiberglass kit are prone to damage from objects on the road through accidents compare to a plastic finish. We could issue a replacement but that is not going to solve the issue if your local roads are rough and if the vehicle will see a lot of mileage during daily driving. I am shooting you an email now through our regular email system and hopefully we can work something out. Or if you prefer we can communicate here as well.

On April 2nd 2023 I ordered a custom carbon fiber shift from JDMUSCLEUSA for the amount of $151.99. On April 7th 2023 I was informed the product was on back order 2+ months. I immediately emailed back requesting they cancel the order. When I did not get a reply back I emailed again on April 12th requesting they cancel the order. This time they replied and said they could not cancel the order cause it was already being built. Instead they said they’d have more order ready by April 30th 2023. When the product did not arrive by April 30th 2023 I emailed again asking for an update. That was on May 1st 2023. This time they said it would be ready by May 21st 2023. When May 21st 2023 arrived I still had no product. So I emailed again on May 22nd 2023. This time they said the shifter was in transit from overseas. I emailed again on June 1st and June 3rd of 2023 asking for updates and I have gotten no responses.Business response

My order number with their business is *******. I bought a front painted lip from them and I paid $381.29. I emailed and called them letting them know when I received my lip it came out the box with scratches on both sides. On top of that I told them the lip broke on me right away after applying small pressure to it. Their response was that fiberglass is like that but Ive had whole bumpers made out of fiberglass and never had that issue. I left a review on their website and they keep taking it down and trying to push me under the rug. They keep saying they are not responsible because their quality control Inspected the part but the paint scratches and it breaking right away seem like its just an excuse. I can email photos since I cant upload to website.Business response

Hello,
We have already communicated with the customer that we cannot be responsible for a damaged product that is resulted from an accident that happened after installation and caused by the customer himself. All the photos were sent after the product is installed and accident happened and the scratches customer mentioned could well be from the accident itself too. We understand the frustration customer have and we are willing to offer a little discount if customer intends to buy a second set from us but unfortunately we cannot pay for something that is not our fault.
