Buyer beware.... I bought tickets for me, my wife, and my 2 grandkids for the El Paso event held in May 2024. I wish I knew now what I didn't know then. I wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing tickets. I wouldn't have bought *** tickets or regular event tickets. The event is a total waste of money. The *** Badge, Brick Fest pin, and Lego build aren't worth the price charged for *** Tickets.The *** Lego build was cheap. I've bought my grandkids enough Legos that they could have made this themselves at home. Plus, how is it that they didn't have enough of the correct pieces??? Total bust.We wanted to buy something that was exclusive to this event. But, what they had was cheap and had an inflated price. Plus, how is it that they didn't have Youth size t-shirts?The Lego sets that were available for purchase weren't anything that we couldn't find at the Lego online store, Target online store, or even the ******* online store. Absolutely no event exclusive sets.Some of the builds were kind of cool. My wife and I have been to ******** in *******. The builds were much better there. We would have paid to go to ******** in ********** before attending this event if we had known more about it.They definitely were grabbing for money. After I purchased tickets, I was spammed almost weekly with emails from Brick Fest. They were trying to get me to buy different figures or mini sets. I found the emails to be quite annoying. I always hit delete when I saw them.I hope people read these reviews prior to purchasing tickets. I will never recommend Brick Fest to anyone. It's a total waste of money.

Brick Fest Live ******* MS ************* what an underwhelming experience! After spending 36 minutes at this event, my 13-year-old son and I left very disappointed. We had *** tickets for Sunday 5/5/24 and drove in from ********, **; 1.5 hours away. *** pass for what exactly? Turns out that the *** pass lead us to an empty table that stated that you had run out of pieces for a guided build which was part of the *** experience. It was 10:05AM! the event opened 5 minutes earlier. Nothing gets your kid more excited than telling them, well cant do this today maybe they will mail us something in the futureYour overpriced Lego store that was located in the center of the event. Nice touch, by not adding prices of any of your Lego sets. I would imagine you sell more when you have to ask someone to scan the boxes to let you know how much they cost.Lastly, we met a nice local man at a large set of tables with neat Lego sets that he was in the process of building. My kid was super excited to meet him and asked him: Are you one of the Lego Masters? He replied unfortunately not. Turns out that the Brick Fest Live display (the *************** setup and supposedly and another city setup) along with the Master Builders had left a day early because they had another commitment in *************. The man we were talking to was a local private Lego collector that felt bad for the kids when he learned on Saturday (the day before) that there would be an entire display missing on Sunday. He decided to bring his personal collection from home to fill the void and was not affiliated with Lego Fest Live at all. Hey, there are some good news at the end of the day! On the way home, I was able to stop at the local Target, where I purchased a Lego set for my son that was $35 cheaper than what you had it for a your event. He is now happily building it at home. *************************

An awful, cheap experience which is nothing like what is advertised. Poorly planned and executed, it never comes close to delivering on the price of the ticket. ****************** Stay away from these people.

I had bought the tickets and gone for the *** because I thought it might be a better experience. I then read multiple terrible reviews about this show so I was apprehensive before I went to the ******** 2024 show. I went there with my adult son and his friend who are in their twenties as well as myself and my partner in our '60s. It was no way as LOUSY as everybody said in the reviews. I guess I wasn't expecting a lot. The reviewers did say that the displays were not impressive, but there were quite a few of them and I found many of them very impressive. I didn't expect it to be a roaring exciting time but for what it was we had a good time. And the *** allowed us to bring home a little character that we build ourselves and a pin which is pretty worthless so I wouldn't necessarily spend the extra. Unless you really want to take home the little character that they let you make. I was disappointed about the fact that my tickets were way more expensive because I bought them ahead of time compared to if I had just waited closer to the show. That part is a Scam because The place was empty enough that there's no way it would have sold out. But it turned out to be an interesting and pleasant event for myself and my partner who were not Lego people and my son and his partner who are somewhat Lego people.

Upon looking at all of the YouTube videos of supposed conventions in Kansas City, and other places, this was not like those. So when you’re deciding to do your tickets, this is what you have to look at on their website. When we got to the Springfield, Missouri convention, it was 1/4 of what the videos showed. It was nothing at like they advertised a complete bait and switch And waste of money

I went to the Dallas event on 1/20 - bought the VIP package. Got there, they didn’t have the VIP merch anymore, had an email to send a complaint. The special guest was not there, some displayers had already packed up. Overall, horrible event. I have been sending emails every day for 6 days now, and getting no response. Please, don’t waste your money. They are not giving me a refund, and neither sending me the merch I bought as part of the package. So far, I feel I’ve been robbed on $206 + $20 for parking.

Bought VIP tickets for my son and I because there was supposed to be a "special build" you could create and keep and it was a tiny robot, 2 inches tall, less than a dollar worth of Lego. Everything else in there was incredibly underwhelming, just lots of crowds and lines to dig through random blocks for a few random themed builds. My kid could do this at home. He wanted to go after less than an hour. I wanted to go after 5 minutes. That was about how long it took to see everything.

Very disappointing event in Dallas. Nothing like the website promised. No Lego dive pit, super lame building tables with hardly any Legos for the kids to play with. Our boys (9 & 6) were begging to leave after only 30 minutes, and they are the biggest Lego fans ever!!! Was our 9 year olds birthday, so we splurged for the “VIP” tickets. Literally no additional access or anything for the additional $15 cost per ticket.

False advertising. This expo is poorly executed and boasts activities that don’t exist. The few activities that do actually exist are entirely underwhelming. Save your money!

Not at all what you'd think it is. We paid over a hundred dollars to be VIP and that gets you a tiny laminate pin and a 2 inch lego robot... The staff also clearly were just temp hires because none of them knew anything about what was going on. I really wish I didn't buy the tickets at all, what a disppointment for my kid.
