I first contacted closets by design they were really quick to book me an appointment and my best convenience.******* was my closet designer. She came out and was very professional and kind and must I say patient. Ill explain why in a bit. She came out and walked the rooms I was interested in getting work done. First the living wanted to make it where my 85in tv hanged on the wall and I had ***************** all around the tv. Second I wanted to make one of my spare rooms into a walk in closet. ******* was always listening what my vision was at the same time taking measurements. After we talked what I was wanting got she got to designing.This i where she was so patient with me. My parents called me over to their house with my fianc to help them out with something. They live 10min away so I told ******* if she minded staying while she designed and I went to pick up my fianc and go help my parents. I thought Id be gone 20-30min at most. I ended up taking over an hour a bit more. And ******* was kind and sent me a text saying she was done designing and was waiting for me to show me here design she made up for our rooms. She never did get upset Hey! You said 20-30min! Or hey! Im leaving etc. Instead she waited for me to return. So I returned with my fianc and parents apologies for taking longer than expected and she was nice and patient and she continued to explain insurance what she had designed my space. Remember everything is customize to fit exactly with the space you have.We loved what she had designed, and we made a good deal to do the walk-in closet and the living room tv shelving. About a month later, the guys came to install and built the closet and living room TV shelving. They were very quick and professional and kind respectful with the other things around them. Once built my fianc, and I were amazed how great they look, and I have been getting a lot of compliments from family and friends.
