On August 13, 2021 I ordered a Michigan Cedar Adirondack Chair from Evszur and paid them $67.36. My order is #***. I was informed through email on 08/28/21 that my order was being processed and I would receive it in 10-15 business days. On 09/07/21 I received a charging cable from them. I emailed them that I had received the wrong item. On 09/08/21 they emailed me asked for a photo of what I had received which I sent that day. I emailed them again on 09/14/21 asking for my money back as I had heard nothing from them. The emailed me back on 09/17/21 saying they were sorry that they had accidentally sent the wrong item and could they resend the correct item. I agreed to them sending me the correct item. On 10/21/21 I emailed them because I had not received my item and had heard nothing from them. On 10/22/21 they emailed saying they would ship the item asap and send a tracking number when it was available. On 11/21/21 I received a tracking number. On 11/07/21 I finally could get information from the tracking number and it said as of 10/19/21 my package was missing. That date was before they even sent the tracking number. I emailed them on 11/07/21 demanding my money back as I was done playing games. On 11/09/21 they emailed me and asked if they could resend the item again. On 11/14/21 I told them I did not want to wait any long and wanted my money return to my account. On 11/17/21 they emailed asking me to return the item and they would refund my money. Or I could keep the item and they would give me 70% back.On 11/20/21 I emailed them letting them know once I had never received the item so I could not return it and I expected a 100% refund. Then on 11/21/21 the offered me an 80% refund. On 11/24/21 I emailed and told them 80% was unacceptable. This was an issue on their end and I expected a 100% refund. On 11/26/21 they wanting to keep $10. I emailed back that was unacceptable and I wanted a full refund. They said I would see a refund in 7-10 days. No refund so far.
