If I could give you a -5 I would. The guy was screaming on me on the phone. I asked to speak to his manager he would not allow me to do that and he made me cry. I would never do business with this company ever.

Terrible terrible company. Representatives lied to me. They lied to me in order to get a deal at any cost. If I could undo it and not do it I would. I warn everyone to not deal with these guys. They lie. To this day I missed out on hundreds of dollars due to their lies

I sold my annuity 3 times before this one but in all honesty, this one was the one I regret the most. I was getting quotes from different companies until JG and Peachtree matched up. I was tired of JG and heard the customer service was good here but that in all honesty is a lie. I was lied to in order to get business with Peachtree. They told me I would get gift cards and mailers such as I was with JG and can activate from both companies. That was a complete lie and they knew it because JG said no they won't activate any gift cards since I am in a deal with Peach Tree and it's been 3 months and got 0 mailers from Peachtree. I missed out on an extra $550. When it was court time the attorney was late by 6 minutes and everyone was ready 15 minutes prior trying to get ahold. On top of that the attorney filed the order 5 days after the court day. So it took a while to get my funds and the whole point of me getting the funds was for my credit card but late as it is. I got the funds later and took a hit on my credit which defeated the purpose of doing this in the first place. Won't recommend this company if it was a last resort. DRB was the only truthful company. I wish I could undo doing a transaction with this bad company.
