Nothing but a great experience here until the faulty head unit (touch screen radio) failed. It was a faulty unit. It started turning on and off the cold/hot air on its own and it felt unsafe. I need my vehicle to go to work and pay my bills. I filed a claim with ******** by the advice of Lou, the service tech. He told me not to expect to hear anything back. I spent $1500 on a new unit for myself and installed myself. Got a call the following week from this scam hole and they told me ******** sent a new unit. Obviously, I threw the old unit away. They are refusing to install the replacement unit since I threw away the original. Telling me it is $900. Why would I have thrown the old unit away if I had known it would cost me $900? Now I get to drive an hour and a half back home with a truck that is still not functional. This is a classic example of a poorly run customer service based experience and service. Expect pushy sales reps and your classic dealership shenanigans. Don’t come here if you want exceptional service. Update: It has been +2 weeks since I left my original review. I have reached out several different ways and have yet to hear anything back from this place. Horrible service department. Will be reporting to the BBB.

Stay away! These guys sold me a 2018 Nissan Sentra for way over value that had to go in the shop 5 times in a manner of months. There customer service at the service center is deplorable and they are not women friendly. They also told me that they were sending my car to a Nissan Dealership for repairs when actuallity they sent it to another used car dealership. I'm currently trading in now and the other dealership told me to report them to the BBB because Buchanan ripped me off so badly.
