Total scam!!!! A total waste of time and money!!!Order your parts from somewhere else. Worst site and customer service I have ever dealt with!!!!! Also continues to deny what they are doing and blames their customers. They have not once apologized or tried to correct the issues. I have purchased what I needed elsewhere and have received my items from another company! *** can deny all they want too but I personally will NEVER deal with them again and suggest that everyone else use a reputable company for their parts.Review from Jeremy O

Should have read these reviews before ever doing business with these clowns. Same basic experience - STEER CLEAR!! Thieves masquerading as auto parts experts - LOL! Thankfully the BBB in Heaven is far more aggressive about rectifying these wrongs - I have a feeling they'll answer for this later!Review from David P

This company is a complete ripoff, I made an order they say I ordered a part for the wrong year. I did not when I tried to stop the order they denied it and forced the order out. I tried to get them to exchange the part for the correct part for my year, they made me pay for the shipping to return the part I kept one of the items but they turned around and charged me with a 10 percent restocking fee on the entire order I tried several times to work either them to get the correct part to no avail. These people are ripping people off .Complete Street Performance Response

In a ticket, the customer admitted to ordering for the wrong year as he stated he has a 2012 F-150 and also provided us with the correct part number. He tried to also state he ordered the correct part, but the merchant records, which I can not edit, show both the part number and title. Customer ordered part number BDD-1047621 which is listed for a 13-16 Ford F-150 3.5L. Specifically the title is "BD Diesel 1047621 - Screamer Turbo Kit - 13-16 Ford F-150 3.5L Ecoboost" so it is VERY CLEAR what year the item is listed for. Unfortunately, by the time the customer created a ticket informing us of his mistake, the item was already shipped and could not be stopped otherwise we would have been happy to cancel the order so he could get the right parts. Per our public terms and conditions, which the customer must accept at checkout in order to finalize an order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, and up to a 10% restocking fee to cover the original shipping costs as well as merchant fees that are not refunded. We offered to cover the entire restocking fee if he wanted to receive his refund via store credit so he could effectively exchange the part, but he'd still be responsible for shipping costs. He originally accepted, but then when the time came he declined stating he just wanted the refund to his payment method instead of to store credit. Before processing the refund, we made sure he understood it was the 10% restocking fee. He was upset, but agreed. We were upfront about the situation the entire time and processed everything fairly. The restocking fee was only 10% of the product, but due to a coupon being applied the customer is confused. We broke down the math for him "After the coupon, you had paid $1728.99 for the part that was returned (both items ordered had reduced costs due the coupon you originally used). There was a 10% restocking fee of $172.90. $1728.99-$172.90 gets the refund of $1556.09. " I have personally gone over the correspondence and see we were very clear in every aspect of this resolution, and the customer was treated fairly and respectfully.Review from Mike R

Worst online company I’ve ever used. Placed a order by mistake, tried to immediately cancel since it was the wrong item and then 2 days later I got a response sorry it’s been shipped. But don’t worry once you receive it you can request an RMA and ship it back at your expense minus up to 30% restocking fees. Lesson learned, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Too many other companies who treat their customers betterReview from Brian K

This was the absolute worst experience buying something online I have ever had. I will never buy anything from this shady company again. After having a local auto shop install the headlights, we discovered they were the wrong ones for my car. The company and owner of the company, Andrew Zurick, gave me a very hard time about returning the headlights even though I simply wanted to exchange them. It took multiple emails and phone calls to the distributor and manufacturer over a couple of weeks to finally get an RMA number so I could return the headlights at my cost. Then, they erroneously claimed the headlights were damaged and are keeping the headlights without a refund or exchange. I have contacted my credit card company bc as it stands, I paid approximately $500 and don't have anything to show for it except a lot of wasted time. There are a lot of other sellers of these headlights and other products they sell, so save yourself the trouble and order what you want from a better business. I wish I had read other reviews before buying bc I could have saved myself a lot of trouble.Complete Street Performance Response

I, Andrew Zurick, was as up front as possible with this customer that his return would be denied because it was used and also out of the return period. I did everything I could to help him, even bypassing the timeline for the return period. However, he claimed to be sending back new, resalable headlights - but what was received was damaged, broken, and clearly used. I sent him pictures of the damage and evidence of being used (making them unsellable). I informed him multiple times that if he did not send back new, unused, undamaged headlights the return would be denied, and also informed him that if he wanted the parts back he'd have to pay for the return shipping, otherwise they would be scrapped and no return would be made. He said he did not want his parts back. I told him that I was CERTAIN this would be denied multiple times, and the only way to force the return is if he got it authorized by the manufacturer directly (which will override my distributors inspection). He still pursued the return, lying about the quality of his return. I am providing a full conversation of how straight forward I was to the customer here: ********************************************* as I believe it shows how I explicitly stated every facet of this, as well as shows the pictures of the damage to the headlights. Just imagine if you are a new customer and receive the damaged parts he sent back - that is how we and my distributors determine if a return is new, unused, and resalable. His was not. I am shocked after going into such detail about this whole thing the the customer is still pursuing this slander.
