      I bought 6’ flocked American Tree on HSN set it up on Nov. 26, 2023 the lights worked for 1 week. I tried calling the CS # only for a recording to say “Due to the high volume of calls, we will no longer accept calls, please contact us at MyHolidayCS. Com. I have been dealing with this company for a week, I was told they would replace the tree on Dec. 4 . Then on Dec. 8, they emailed me and said they don’t replace trees ( there is a 5 yr. warranty on this tree) Christmas is 17 days away and I have a tree that I paid $300 for with no working lights. I have come to the conclusion that I was scammed by both HSN and American Tree and Wreath company

      Would be a great tree if it worked. The first year there were several bulbs that were off-color, but I could live with that. Second year started having more problems with bulbs/remote. Third year, lights totally glitched out constantly, like disco light glitching (colors changing, schizo-glitching). Now top two sections don't even work. I spent a lot of money for a tree that worked for barely 1 season. Was very pretty when it did work. Super disappointed.. would give zero stars if I could.

      scam..how are they allowed to do this..bought a 5 ft tree oct 29,2022 got it and it never worked..suppose to be color changing trees, remote does nothing, changed batteries etc still nothing,tried to call, got a message saying call can not be completed, tried emailing and got a message saying invalid email address...this is disgusting..im handicapped and put out 210 dollars for a piece of junk..they still have a website selling this junk to unsuspecting people..why cant the better business bureau do something!!

      My light stop working properly after 1 year of having them. I purchased 3 boxes of light, 47 function-led/ RGB smart -tech lighting. I have tried to contact the company via emails and phone. I was not able to speak to a representative or leave a message. No response on the email either.

      This company sucks I got in touch with them gave them the information they ask for but didn't hear anything else from them this is unacceptable for a company everything went wrong with this tree remote doesn't work some of the lights doesn't work I purchased this one from home depot out of $ 300 they should held accountable the tree have so many big gaps in it

      I wish I could leave zero stars!!! This company undoubtedly has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I paid @ $400 for this tree from Home Depot 4 years ago. I realize the warranty has expired but I still need help & would pay a reasonable price for replacement parts. The problem is I have been calling & emailing for over a week now & have not received any response. Strange thing is when I call early in the morning the recording says that Santa's Best is currently not open. Then when you call later the recording says, "Thank you for calling ??? Eoreo? Peorio? (I can't understand what they're saying). Please wait for the next available agent." After being on hold for a good bit of time, I then get a recording stating all agents are busy & to leave a message at the tone. I do that but of course they never call me back. I have emailed as well. I've had issues with it from the start but at least they did send me a replacement part then. I'm very dissatisfied, frustrated and growing very angry over this $400 was a lot for me to pay for a tree as I'm on a fixed income. I have tears rolling down my cheeks because I can't get this tree to work proper & I can't afford another tree. My Christmas is ruined thanks to a sham company. 😢😤😡

      Not happy with Santa's Best because they answer and when they do, they say they are sending out replacement parts but I have been waitIng since 2019. This is not acceptable. Now when you call customer service they don't answer as Santa's Best but answer as another name and recording says leave message.
