    I would give 0 stars if that was possible. I was told to be home to sign for my shipment between 9am-1pm. Order never came. I called them several hours later only for them to tell me they had returned it to deliver it in a different size truck and it would be delivered between 9am-1pm the following day. Next day, no show again. I called, they told me within 45 minutes, that I was the next stop. A few hours later, no show again and I’m told he should be here “soon?” Who has time to sit around and wait for however many days this actually takes to get here. Ridiculous.

    Good morning Jennifer , Thank you for reaching out and for taking the time to share feedback. We sincerely appreciate it. Please accept our most sincere apology for the series of events that transpired with this shipment. I can assure you this is not how A. Duie Pyle conducts business. I reviewed your shipment with our Operations team who services this area. The Driver who was scheduled to deliver this on June 7th did not have the right size truck to safely deliver your shipment resulting in the delay and delivery of your product on June 8th. I apologize that no one notified you that your shipment would not be delivering and that you had to call in to find that out. When you called in the following day June 8th, the Customer Service Representative you spoke with provided you the information that was current to them. Unfortunately, the Driver was detained at several of his previous stops resulting in his deliveries thereafter being delayed. Please accept our most sincere apology for the poor services you have received and problems you’ve experienced.
