I contacted this business so that I could have a technician come over to assess a leak issue I was experiencing in my home. The leak was coming from the master bathroom and whenever the shower was turned on water was leaking into the basement. My very clear request to the company was that someone come out and tell me if there was any fix that could be implemented that would allow me to AVOID replacing the shower. The technician came out on 19JUl2022. He completed an assessment after which he told he was 100 PERCENT SURE that he knew where the leak was coming from and he would fully resolve the leak issue if he simply replaced the showerhead. I asked multiple times if he was 100% sure and he said yes everytime. I also explained to him that I was happy to pay for him coming out but if this fix was not going to allow me to use the shower I did not want him to do the work. But he was confident and certain of the source of the leak which is why I went along and signed for the work and paid the amount of 496 dollars.Two days went by after the work was completed when I learned that upon turning on the shower water was pouring into the basement again. I was so shocked and angry. I immediately called the company. They told me not to worry they will send the tech back AT NO CHARGE since it was the same issue. The Tech came back and saw that the fix he applied was useless and that water was pouring into my basement. at this time he informed me that I need a brand new shower. At this point, I reminded him that this is not what I wanted from the company. I wanted to either fix the current shower so I could use it without issue or leave it as is. He said a bunch of stuff that made no sense and charged me again 4 coming out!!I have contacted the company multiple times to complain and report this incident. I have been completely unsuccessful in getting a refund. I feel so bamboozled and angry that they would operate a business like this. VERY SHADY BUSINESS - WARNING OTHERS.Business response

Unfortunately we saw a very obvious leak as the shower arm was broken and so we quoted the client to fix it. We did not say the shower was 100% guaranteed not to leak. We returned several days later to diagnose more leaks coming from the shower base and so we quoted to replace the shower for the homeowner and credit the first repair if they went with the shower.
