              I purchased a ps5 on a payment plan on October 4th 2023. I agreed to a payment plan paid my 1st payment of 167.00 received an email confirmation that it was going to ship ect. Then 10 to 20 mins later they canceled my order stating I was no longer approved for the payment plan. They have not returned my 167 dollars I paid and I won't be getting the item.

              I own a retail card fro QVC and isn * I sought to go online for weeks and weeks I had to register again and yet although I have always pay qvc card they refuse to allow me to go online* I think this violates the ADA * They refuse to send a bill yet they will not allow me to pay online* I have technical issues due cataracts I can no afford to remove* and et I think this violated the Americans with Disabiltiiies to humiliate disabled folks
