      Purchased Dansko *****- indmh from a independent retailer based on them being slip resistant shoes and comfort as I was told many times from the independent agent. First day of use and I was slipping all over the floor at my job. How was I supposed to know they weren't slip resistant without wearing them. I contacted Dansko and spoke with *****. She said the shoes were infact Not slip resistant and offered to send me another pair. I asked to just have a refund since I was given false information and ***** said her manager will work with me in returning them with a shipping label and to get my money back. I sent a copy of my receipt to ***** who forward it to her manager and I have since never heard back from the manager. I did hear back from ***** for her to apologize and forward my message to her manager and its been another week with no calls or email to get my money back. The company website says satisfaction guarantee but I not satisfied at all. I just want my money back

      The black part of the soles of my pair of Dansco clogs is just... deteriorating. (I have a second pair and that looks good except the bottom sole, just below the black section, is starting to separate. This might be glued. I'll try it. )So, I looked online and lots of people are reporting this problem and the company won't do anything to fix or refund. I love these shoes, the rest of the shoe is fine. I don't wear them often - keep them for good - but when I took this one off the rack recently, there it was. I was shocked. I don't know when this started, as I've recently noticed it. I've kept them because I hate to give them up, as they are good beside that. And, they're comfortable, and they look good, and they were expensive. I don't remember when I got them and I no longer have the receipt. I bought them in a store in North Conway, NH, I think. What I read online is that the shoes used to not do that, and then at some point they did. It's... disheartening I guess, when I read that a company won't do anything about a process/material that's is just not working. It's not our fault. It's the company's fault and they should take responsibility and make it right somehow, and change the way they make the shoes.

      order #******-****** I ordered a pair of clogs on 4/7/22 and paid with my DEBIT card; I received the item a few days later and was satisfied until I saw that on 4/14/22 I was charged a second time, an additional $145.00. I called the company and spoke to someone who assured me, she was personally taking this to her supervisor to have resolved. A few days alter I sent an email to customer service because I had still not received the credit and I was told the exact thing......sorry, I'll take it to my supervisor; twice more I was told the same thing. I called this morning and asked for the supervisor, the person on the phone said she was the supervisor and she'd try to get to the bottom of it.. What's to get to the bottom of........they've already acknowledged that they made a mistake but they either can't figure out how to give me my money back or it's a strategey to wear people down and keep their money. I used a debit card NOT a credit card....this was a cash payment right out of my checking account and I need the money back......

      I purchased and paid for ********************* Milled NubuckColor: Black Size: 37 Width: Medium1$135.00$135.00 they shipped via ***** on 3/14/21. I have not received the sandals nor are they moving. I want my refunded or a new pair shipped to me expedited shipping. Every time I contact Dansko I get the runaround if I am lucky enough to even get someone on the phone. Their service is awful and so is their shipping!

      I purchased a pair of $145 Dansko shoes on January 20, 2022. I ordered them on their website. The shoes did not fit so I exchanged them for a different size. The new pair doesnt fit either so I want to return them for a refund. The company did not provide me with an order number to process the return. I have reached out to them 3 times for a return label. Its been over the quoted 24 hours for me to receive the label. They keep telling me I will receive the label soon. Their customer service team has been extremely unhelpful. I can not afford to keep these shoes. I need help with getting the refund. Thank you.
