Salesman ran credit inquiry for 35000$ when the desired amount was 27000$Century 3 Chevrolet then reached out to 11 banks seeking credit approval and in effect took my credit FICO down over 30 points.Not happyReview from Deborah H.

Bought a 2019 equinox. Due to the pandemic we didn't travel. First inspection we find out all 4 four tires are bald. Dent on passenger door. Car out of line had a knocking sound. Ignition went bad already ****** miles now. Key batteries still working but told they were dead. G.M covered ****** for Ignition only because I screamed. We've spent over ***** . Had to be towed even. Afraid to drive this anywhere an still paying over ****** a month Car noteReview from Timothy A

They are the worst Chevy dealer around I bought a used truck from them 2016 Chevy in July of 2022 only put ***************************************************************************************** a piece of junk and they know it from day one no heat,all the dash lights are on, and the brakes went out for a second time called them and they wont do a damm thing about it they are very rude people I guess I got screwed the warranty they gave me was 30 days I think it was more like 30feet or ****************************************************** my ******** cant drive and making payments on it I took it to a different Chevy dealer and they said it has a bad heater core and all kind of wireing problems they said with brakes and everything ***** to ***** to fix everything properly and they even said they would never sell a truck that unsafe because they can get sued does anyone know of a good attorney that I can get to presue this they are rotten b******* I guess they dont care if anybody gets killed from the vehicles they sellReview from Pat M.

This is a bad dealership. They are very dishonest and look to rip you off.I brought in my truck for an oil change and an inspection. They said it failed inspection and needed $1487.00 work done to pass. I declined since it passed 2 years ago and I only drove it 105 miles.I took it to pep boys and it passed with no work done.

I apologize the work recommended varied from *** Boys estimate. We do hold our selves to a very high standard and do a thorough 144 point check on each vehicle. Work for profit is RECCOMENDED, necessary items for an inspection however are necessary to pass inspection in the eyes of each mechanic. This company took advantage of a young woman who wasnt sure of the process of buying out a lease vehicle. Was over charged thousands of dollars. When asked to correct the situation they refuse to return phone calls but fired the salesman in part for the mishandling of this customer's purchase. State attorney general was notified of situation. Currently seeking an attorney and hoping to get the local news to do a story. Was told by police when filing for lost/ stolen plates this dealership was bad news and was also told by several other dealerships in area t.f hat this business has a very bad reputation for over charging and poor customer serviceCentury 3 Chevrolet Response
