            I placed an order on 5/14/23. After almost 2 hours my order still didn't arrive. I called the store and requested to cancel my order. They said ok and that they would issue a refund. They refused to give me any type of transaction information or confirmation that the refund had actually been processed. I was informed it would take 7-10 days for the refund. Now 13 days later no refund. I called and the employee who answered the phone was rude and less than helpful. Said I needed to call back and speak to the manager. In my opinion, a refund was never processed but they just told me that in hopes I would forget and they could make money on goods/services never delivered. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

            After waiting over an hour for a delivery, no one from the West View, PA store contacted us. At the two hour mark, having canceled the order, subsequent phone calls have gone unanswered or ignored. We have repeatedly asked for a refund, even filed a dispute with the bank. They continue to say they gave us a "store credit" except that was not what was agreed upon. We were supposed to have been given our money back. Terrible customer service. Have told everyone in the neighborhood where to get better pizza from a reputable pizza parlor and how everyone should avoid this location. Calling the franchise again but not hopeful even though it has been six weeks.
