I placed an order on 5/14/23. After almost 2 hours my order still didn't arrive. I called the store and requested to cancel my order. They said ok and that they would issue a refund. They refused to give me any type of transaction information or confirmation that the refund had actually been processed. I was informed it would take 7-10 days for the refund. Now 13 days later no refund. I called and the employee who answered the phone was rude and less than helpful. Said I needed to call back and speak to the manager. In my opinion, a refund was never processed but they just told me that in hopes I would forget and they could make money on goods/services never delivered. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.Initial Complaint

This is the third time I have ordered pizza from this establishment and they did not deliver my pizza nor issue a refund when issue was brought to owners attention. I have now had to cancel my debit card due to fraud and now have to cancel all payments going out of my bank and wait for a new card. This is a recurring theme with this establishment. I have contacted corporate several times with no resolution from the prior times they refused to refund my money yet claimed they did. I spoke with the owner of this specific establishment on multiple occasions with no resolution. So this is my resolution after having to cancel my card due to fraud. I believe they should be shut down for poor business management and fraudulent transactions among other things.Initial Complaint

I placed an order. I wasn't happy with the service. I refused to sign the slip and the food. They still continued to take my payment.
