On 9/11/21 I was told I was no longer a member starting on 9/12/21 by an Oxford employee at the front desk. He said I would no longer be able to use the facilities. They charged me over $250 for October and were going to charge November as well. They told me there was a clause that stated I had 40 days to quit which was never explained. This was misleading, as well as financially draining to my family. Next, they tried to make it better by saying they would "prorate" and take 50% off November charge- mind you I was told not to come back after 9/11/21. I would like a full refund for October and November to not be taken out from my account.Business response
