    I purchased 4 frogs, and was in contact with *** after the purchase. After some broken communication on his part, he stopped responding abruptly, and then a few days later the order shipped out. I only received 3 of the frogs I purchased and only after I got in contact with him did he admit to not having the frog. I made it apparent to him with the little conversation prior that the rare ******* ***** frog was the only reason I bought anything in the first place and the others were to justify the shipping costs. That was the missing frog, I had to get back in touch and ask why it was missing, he said he attempted to reach out to me but the message must not have gotten to me. We had 3 lines of communication, none he tried to contact me on. He sent my order out incomplete but claimed it to be via the shipping/order complete slip. I asked for a refund, which he will only honor a part of and requires I spend another $60 on shipping. I was lied to so I wouldnt cancel my order prior to ship

    I ordered online with them and they canceled my order because I accident forgot to add the overnight shipping which I tried to correct. Well she refunded me it & I immediately replaced the order with the overnight shipping (which alone was $45) I was going back and forth messaging the owner of the business trying to track down my shipping of my new purchase and she told me she had no order with my order number so I processed to send screenshots of my bank taking out the money & my confirmation for the purchase. She then canceled my order and said I told her to cancel it which I never did so when I messaged her about how unprofessional it was because I did not confirm for her to cancel it she then changed her whole story and said it was an automatic fraud system they use for first time buyers...? So she sent me a screenshot of my order and said she refunded it well it was 3 days later and still nothing so I called my bank and it was never pending or even refunded so I messaged her back and she was smart and said "I sent you a screenshot of the refunding" which I then looked at the picture and seen it said unfulfilled and she didn't click the refund option so I pointed it out and then asked her to fix it and then said once I get the money what's stopping them from canceling my order for the third time and right after I got an email of my refund (she FINALLY PUSHED IT THROUGH AFTER I CALLED MY BANK AND CALLED HER OUT) and she won't reposed to my message about what's stopping her from canceling again. I never had an issue with the refund, I just wanted to buy their product and she's bluntly refusing for no reason and won't even communicate with her customers. I would love to have had a better experience with them but the owner of the business doesn't seem to care about her customers.

    This transaction was flagged as fraudulent in our system so it was explained to the customer that was refunded because of that. It was also explained that maybe addresses didn't match as many reasons why the system can flag it but we don't take any chances with fraud. We immediately refunded showed it a screenshot but it was the weekend of Labor Day and most banks are slower which is why I took a little time to get the refund back. We didn't do anything wrong other than try to protect ourself and protect the person using the credit card which we saw in the system again as fraudulent
