I purchased the maintenance package from these scammers . What they fail to tell you is they don't have any appointments past 3:15 pm so if you work dayshirt uou can't get that service done don't buy from motorworld.

Worst experience, they are scammers. After we agreed on a car and was almost ready to reserve the car. The salesman came back with the financial papers, showing the car +5000$ higher in value, claiming that this is a "Incentive" while still adding 609$ documentation fees. We caught it and walked out, please be aware of such actions.

Found a car on Carfax.com. Sent the dealership a message I was interested in this car. Got an email that the car was still available. I received two more email message that the car was available. Spoke with the salesman around 9:00 a.m., told him it takes 2 hrs to drive to his location, he knew I was coming. Got there at 12:30 p.m. and I was told he couldn't find the car. Waiting around, finally to be told the car was already sold. I was visibly upset. The salesman knew I was driving from upstate NY all the way the PA. Salesman then tried to sell me another car, I wasn't happy but I agreed to look at another vehicle. Then it came to my trade in, they wanted to give me $8,000 when I had check the Kelly Blue Book before I left, it booked for $11,000 and that was for the mileage and the car aesthetics, that was #2 he tried to "sell" me on, then he the the car he showed me booked for over $3,000 more than the car I went to look at! He knew how much I had to spend! Why did he show me the car??? I felt that my day, my intelligences, and now my faith in getting a car there was an insult. I will NEVER, EVER buy a car from Motor World at ANY location. And I might add I had $5,500 cash in my hand going there, so I was there to buy!

I bought a brand new car from them in July. They told me they had a second key in the shop but couldn't find it so they would send it to me in the mail when they found it. I called back and forth for months and got the run around. When I finally contacted the manger he promised to send me a key and pay for the programming. After I received the key they refused to program and cut the key for me. These people are liars who lie in order to get a sell then do not care about you afterwards. The manger who refused the programming name is Margie the salesman was Kameron F*****

******** **** has a fault in their airbags not deploying during accidents and are NOT TELLING THE PUBLIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are dodging me after my accident and I took the full impact because their airbags didn't deploy. They have terrible customer service and the customer service was terrible when I had an ACCIDENT--they said "call our legal department"--this is NOT a company that cares about you or your family's safety in their cars. I took the total impact of a SUV going 50 mph because my airbags didn't deploy and the guys front fender came right through the drivers door and pinned me! They won't return call or work with me. I even begged them to report the defect to ******** in case they need to do a recall on the airbags--SO MORE PEOPLE DON'T GET KILLED :(
