Company only finished 3/4 of the pool that was put in....owner will not answer phone or or return messages...had to have another company come and finish the job that they were supposed to finish...also they never gave me a receipt after I payed the company wich he said he was gonna give me one as I need it for the warranty...bottom line company very unreliable and unprofessional..also there # isn't correct on here its supposed to be ************...instead it looks like they switched the * for a *Initial Complaint

On 10/7/2020 I provided Cannon Ball Pools a check for $5,000 and was told that the pool would be ordered with the 2020 prices and my pool would be installed summer of 2021. It was not installed and there was poor responses to my emails, phone calls and text messages. In November of 2021, he called and said my pool could be installed or I could opt to be the first pool installation of 2022 (aprox. April as soon as ground thawed). I requested April installation. Ground was broke and pool was delivered 4/14/22 which I paid the pool delivery company (Latham) $15,000 and remaining balance of $5900 to Cannonball Pools (Frank M***** owner). Minus the $3,000 which I was told to pay to concrete contractor. To date, he has not returned to finish the job of installing handrail, temporary fencing, has not delivered electric heat pump, has not delivered winter cover and has not shown me how to run filter. Current contacts consist of following messages: (which I can provide upon request) 4/14 installed pool and few days later filled in around pool. on 5/2 said he would deliver filter, cover and heater finish leveling ground, he never showed up. 5/4, 5/6, 5/9, 5/10, 5/12 texted him and called with no response. On 5/12 he responded to my text stating he would be at my house on 5/13 to finish up my job. He never showed up. On 5/17I texted him stating I wanted everything I paid for and the job to be finished by the end of the week since my pool was supposed to be the first job and still not completed. If the job was not finished by end of week I would contact BBB. He then texted me 5/19 stated he would be there 5/20 but never showed up. 5/23 I texted him again and he said he would be there and he came but only delivered filter and pool cleaner. Still not heat pump, cover, hand rand rail. 5/25 again requested remaining equipment be delivered. Said he would bring it 5/26 and didn't. 5/27 again requested items delivered, didn't respond on 5/31 he said he would but didn't and has not cal
