I placed an order on Sep 3 received email stating it was complete. Was charged for my order and like similar complaints I have yet to receive it. I have emailed, called, sent messages on ********* to no avail I’m at my wits end. $127 I don’t have to waste. First time I ever had trouble with them have made numerous orders before.Initial Complaint

Ordered pretzels and never received them. Called and e-mailed them with out a response. *** *** complaint process was useless. Company appears to be bogus. Lost $ 56.00Initial Complaint

I have placed an order and paid for that order on Jan 22, 2022 in the amount of $53.87 and four weeks later I still have not received order. I have emailed twice with no response. I feel they are stealing money from me without sending the product I ordered. They won't even respond to any emails I send them. Their product is good but their service is really poor. I either want a refund or the product sent asap.Initial Complaint

I placed an order online Jan 5, 2022 for a product costing $39.50. My credit card was charged on JAn. 5, 2022. On Jan. 7, 2022 I received an email stating the order had been completed. Product wasn't received and on Jan 22, 2022, I called the business, left a voicemail and also emailed the company. The voicemail at the business instructs you to send an email or ******** message. I hadn't heard back from the company and on Jan 26, 2022 I sent a ******** message inquiring about my order. I sent another ******** message on Jan 28, 2022 and again today on Feb. 8, 2022. I also called the business on Feb. 8, 2022 and got a voicemail stating, yet again, to leave a message on the ******** site or email. When I leave ******** messages, I get an automated reply, but no human has ever gotten back in touch with me to even acknowledge that any of my requests/correspondences were received. *had I read any of the reviews of this place, I never would have ordered from them, but I grew up in that area and just assumed it would be ok*Initial Complaint

I purchased products from Northeast Snack on December 6, 2021. The entire order was not shipped and I attempted to contact the company numerous times. First via email and then again multiple times. When I thought that maybe it was going to an email that wasn't checked. I called by phone where there is not an option to leave a message but a message instructing me to message them on ********* I left a message on ******** and got an automated response back saying to call and leave a message at their phone number which as I mentioned isn't an option on their business phone. I understand the craziness of the holidays however, this is very bad to not provide the product that was paid for and to not even return communication in regards to missing product. The cost of the missing product (36 bags of chips) and shipping is what I would like refunded to me.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order on October 6th. Recieved an order confirmation and on October 16th recieved confirmation that my order was delivered to an address in Texas, I live in florida. I looked back on my order and all my information is correct. I tried to call, the answering machine said to email or message on ********* I did that, and after FINALLY getting a response, I was told a new order would be sent asap. When I asked for a new confirmation number, I heard nothing back. It's now over a month. After looking at others comments on their ** page, I see other packages have not be recieved or have also ended up in Texas. Something is very wrong with this company. All I want is my item or a refund, and for others to be aware of what's going on.
